The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this resorts for anyone visiting downtown. Excellent resorts with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants are within walking distance. I’m a frequent traveller, i visited all leading Playotel Resort’s in india but playotel resort bhopal has a very serene atmosphere. I was there for a business trip. Rooms are so spacious in comparison, service is very good, food quality fantastic, amenities in room/washroom are also good, the behavior of staff is very professional and very polite. Would surely recommend to stay here.

It is a new resort. A well made. A bit far from the main place. Nothing nearby. Nearer to airport. Breakfast disappointing. Dinner good. Service poor in late evening hours. A place for marriage ceremony. Lot of open space. Overall a pleasant experience. Should imrove on breakfast and services. Lot of young boys in service who need training.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy all the modern amenities alongside good customer experience and great food. The Playotel Resort is located just 6 kms from centre of the city closest to every tourist attractions. Overall experience was great. Amenities, food, services and stay. The property itself is a very good property for events / marriages etc. The Playotel Resort is brand new and the staff is really considerate and sweet. Food is also good. Restaurant also has an amazing ambience and feel was very good. The Playotel Resort is very cozy. Rooms are very well made and they have ample of space for everything.

Few suggestions for room 1) the exhaust fan was not working 2)there should be a partition/curtain between bathing area and the rest of the bathroom so that water is not spilled to the whole bathroom surface area 3) banana and

5. Great resort, stay was very comfortable, rooms are very well designed, staffs are also supportive and available 24hrs. The food i had have delicious in taste and very well presented and served, breakfast buffet have great options. Hotel has a nice swimming pool. I had stayed with my family for 3 nights. The ambience and overall facilities are excellent. The food was good and staff were very friendly.

The property is in a fabulous and peace location, and the premium room for a better experience. Staff is polite and very helpful. The wifi was not working when i arrived, so the staff gave me a data card to access the internet. Must visit
