Room was smelling bad and the bathroom also was smelling and they did not provide breakfast even i booked for including breakfast

The behaviour of the staff towards the guest was very unprofessional. Hygiene was not maintained especially the washroom they took additional 300 rupees form us for the room over-all the experience was very poor.

the stay at hotel was pathetic. something npt expected out of an oyo townhouse . staff management was very rude and rough . no sanitation , no cleanliness , no basix ammenities . washrooms were very unclean and smelly . bedsheets were not changed . there was no kitchen and breakfast included was written . they created problems and spoke very rudely with me . i had to change the rooms three times . and even the third time the bathroom had water logging problem . evene after telling hotel people they did nothing . no refund will be given they said . very bad staff and very bad experience . i will never recommend anyone to go this patheric hotel. they spoke very roughly with agent also and hoteliar didnt share his name and details when asked . he simply said you want to cancel you do it at your end .

Our stay at the ac residency was the worst experience we have ever had. Everything was stinking. Customer service was horrible. The bedsheets were full of hairs all over. They don’t even have house keeping. No free breakfast provided(it was mentioned in the mmt app that complementary breakfast was available. The staffs didn’t even bothered to help us out in any way. Everything mentioned about the residency on the mmt app was completely wrong. No amenities at all including hot water. We are reconsidering booking through mmt again.

Before booking this property think twice, basically property will keep minimum price for 1 day depending upon the occupancy in Allepey, if you book the hotel below the price kept by property they will not allow you to check-in. For us we booked our room at and hotel refused saying the minimum amount to be paid is to get check-in, so we paid extra 600 to get the room. Point 1 - Not a townhouse or nor OYO Property. Point 2 - No kitchen at property (don’t book with breakfast. Point 3 - if you are booking below 1500 don’t book, since property has made minimum fare else you will end paying extra at hotel. Point 4 - Cleanliness is not good.

Hotel well cleaned & maintain proper hygeine

Initially, during the check-in, they were claiming that the payment was not received, even though the payment was done online during the booking itself. It was a bit confusing and a stressful moment. Then they cleared it. After that everything was fine. The room, as well as the washroom, was clean. The room had a small dining section with 2 chairs and one table which was good.

There is not any facilities in this hotal especially room service. Before booking i saw that breakfast available and lot of facilities inside room but when i reached that hotal i recognized nothing is there. Very poor facilities are there
