Pozhiyoram Beach Resort

It is one of the worst that we have booked. I didn't have the amenities that has been provided, and the room was very very dirty, and also like a bathroom taps were leaking. The fan was very dirty and all the paint and whatever spelling over all over the wall and also one more thing like the curtains were secured with the safety pin and it was all rusted and like even a basic thing was not there. It was very horrible in general. It is like I won't recommend to anybody. This resort, the host members in the resort, also, they did not care about anything. They just told us to cancel the booking and get a refund from thend when I reach to and they are like they're also saying sorry but at the end of the problem was not resolved, so we had to stay since it was a long weekend. We were not able to find the other stay, so we have to bear the situation and check out very early, so we also checked in like around 6 PM and then checked out early morning 3 PM, 3 AM, so I won't recommend this to anybody.

The premises lack safety measures, and no food is provided—we have to rely on Swiggy or Zomato for meals. The property is quite old, including the rooms and toilets. When it rains, water floods into the toilet area because the top is partially open.

It's okay stay with good amenities near pozhiyoram beach. food is a little problem as there is no option from the property. baaki it's good

Cozy stay with excellent service, serene ambiance, great amenities, delicious food, and comfort.....

The stay was truly amazing. Mr. Anil was very helpful and made our stay comfortable. He arranged the auto for us for the travel from the resort to other places for travel every-time we asked for. Thanks for all the help mr. Anil. We will recommend this resort for all our friends for sure.

Horrible management and poor customer care. Others please dont go there. No staff no food. Nothing there really disappointed

The rooms arent that clean. Resort is good. They do not have a in house restaurant, that makes life a little difficult there.

The staff was very friendly. There are many harmless indie dogs around the area. However to get the room that's facing the sea you have to book sea facing room and not sea view room. Sea view didn't not actually have a "sea view "

Bill book sea view room but given not view only room. Good but some service not available because resort under maintenance available only one boy

Very small room no hot water no hygiene no food. Staff is good verynear to the beach. Overall 1/10.

Rooms i booked was not confirmed at the arrival and the hotel personal had made alternate stay at a very old hotel.

The stay was really close to the beach. Although food was not being served, there is a fully functional kitchen that we can use. The staff were friendly and supportive. Room was clean and spacious. With some upgrading, this is a five star stay at this price. Like providing some toiletries and such items.

There we can see one person only well behaved and helpful but the property was not maintained well, cleanliness is avarage. Otherwise beach view is nice.

The resort is at a great location but doesn’t have basic amenities. The kitchen was not working and even the room condition was not good. Maintenance of the resort was very poor.

Hotel view and location is excellent. You can see the beach from your bed. Rooms with 3 side windows. Thampoly beach is on walkable distance. Parking is available. Owner helped us to arrange candlelight setup at very last moment. You just need to arrange food by yourself on swiggy. Only drawback is that food is not available. You need to go to nearby cafe or order online.

1. Stream of dirt was running near the resort which was very nasty and smelled worst 2. One room ac was not working 3. There is no restaurant in the resort we need to order through zomato or swiggy only 4. Bathroom header was not working at all 5. Ac in another room was working but there is no remote. So it was very cold 20 degrees and we couldn’t change because there was no remote 6. When we reached resort we got room at 4pm only as the guest already stayed there was not vacated the room all together its a total waste of money. No

Perfect low budget Sea facing place for bachelor outings.

We booked for two nights but when we reached the beach we could not find the hotel. It was a very bad experience for us. When we called the contact number, we were able to find him after a lot of trouble. Then he moved us to another hotel saying that we will need to adjust for one night and the next night we will be moved to another place. After quarrelling with him for 20 minutes, he agreed not to shift us. The hotel that we were put up was not up to the standards.
