groupWe stayed for one night in a non ac room. The location of the accommodation is not so delightful. There linen is changed after it had been used by more than one guest. Wash rooms not maintained clean.

Poor Stay

It was quite bad experience with check in. We had booked 02 rooms for 05 people and paid accordingly. We check in at 10:00 pm. Concern manager asked to pay for extra person (05th. As we denied and ask him to check the voucher from mmt. He was not friendly and inform us regarding booking is for rooms. Rooms had access from living room and we should not use living room. If we had booked room only for overnight stay how we are going to use living room and why? within no seconds manager switch off the main mcb of living room. This was ridiculous and very bad behavior of the manager. Room never provided any mosquito repellant. Was not having hot water. Many more. In morning 08:00 at the time of checkout manager was friendly and accepted his mistake.

Horrible experience. As it was a last minute booking and looking at review i thought of giving it a try. The location is horrible and the place looks ghosted. No basic service like water. I travel-led with my 70 years old mother and the manager had an objection of allowing to use the rest room before checking in. I had already made the payment though and then he said, he will take the photo of my aadhar card which i was reluctant and he did not agree for the same and asked me to leave with arrogance
