At the onset, let me thank Mr. Vikram, the manager at Primo Resorts Manali for a most wonderful stay and gracious hospitality extended to us. We were greatly concerned and anxious about our travel and stay amidst the prevailing conditions. We were looking for a place which was clean, hygienic, with good amenities and decent food. I had gone over a hundred reviews on almost all the resorts/ PRIMO RESORTS MANALIs from Kullu till Solang Valley. For the benefit of readers please allow me to enlist a few of the major Plus points for Primo Resorts Manali which helped our stay- 1. Location. The resort is located at about 500m near the Main Road accessible by a 4m wide road, where 2-way traffic is possible. Many of the roadside PRIMO RESORTS MANALIs have very poor reviews and exorbitant pricing. 2. Food. Considering the COVID situation we were apprehensive about dining out and were looking for PRIMO RESORTS MANALIs with restaurant facility. The food at this PRIMO RESORTS MANALI was extremely delicious and well prepared for all meals we had. 3. Room. The room was spacious and not crammed like most places. Neatly done interiors with comfortable king size bed and clean linen is what saved me from wife’s wrath after the horrendous drive through unbelievably bad roads and poor driving conditions from Delhi to Manali. The sleep was heavenly comfortable. 4. Washroom. While most PRIMO RESORTS MANALIiers show impressive pictures on internet and let reality hit when you open the bathroom after you show up, this PRIMO RESORTS MANALI had washrooms neat and tidy exactly as advertised. Spacious with modern amenities, definitely a bathroom that matches 5 star properties. 5. View. One of the best views that you can wake up to. The snow clad mountain tops with beautiful valley below is breathtaking. 6. Service. The hospitality was generous and considerate. Mr. Vikram had arranged for our dinner in room despite we landing at the resort well past the closure time for the restaurant. We had taken meal plan along with the booking. The food was warm and delicious and the gesture to accommodate our request to provide the dinner in room since we were late is highly appreciable. I had called in my arrival time with the PRIMO RESORTS MANALI by 6 pm to cater for the delay. Experience had helped to communicate with the PRIMO RESORTS MANALI in case of unexpected delays to avoid unnecessary issues of unannounced arrivals. Once again, a note of thanks to Mr. Vikram who arranged a decent local cab for our day’s travel in and around Manali. It is best, not to self-drive in town because of few parking spaces and difficult access roads only locals can navigate. Mr. Vikram (07018269195. 7. Roads. One of the worst driving experience I have had. The trip from Delhi to Manali shows 12 hr drive on Google, but in reality it takes 16-17 hrs. The road conditions are the worst from Mandi to Kullu (about 70 km) where NHAI work is in progress. Be sure to deflate the tires a point or two to rake in the rolling and gutters. Finally, the destination and its beauty is definitely worth the efforts. Thanks.

Located in the midst of woods & mountains, One of the best 4-star PRIMO RESORTS MANALIs which can be a great choice for the family as well as the bachelor. Starting from the PRIMO RESORTS MANALI to room, the food, the view, room service & everything, Without doubt, one of the satisfying PRIMO RESORTS MANALIs. To be honest, it’s not that huge but it was really worth the stay. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, that was so respectful. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was so flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves special thanks. We had a great time here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. I must say the location of the resort is at the best place in Manali. Amazing!🎊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I usually don't give reviews but I must say, hospitality and service of PRIMO RESORTS MANALI made me do this. 1. Every room has balcony with awesome Mountain View. 2. Rooms are specious with nice wooden flooring. 3. Upto the mark cleanliness, you won't find anything dirty and unhygienic throughout your stay. 4. Nice 15 liter capacity geyser. 5. East facing balcony hence morning sunlight directly comes into your room. 6. All staff members are well-dressed, polite and ready for your help. They truly make your stay memorable. 7. Buffet breakfast has at least 3-4 varieties daily along with other regular options. 8. They are truly 4-star PRIMO RESORTS MANALI. 9. Variety of options in lunch/dinner but bit costly. I am satisfied with my stay. Go for it and I am sure you won't regret. Thank you!

Stayed here with family for 4 nights, location is good, view is amazing, staff is pretty courteous, the PRIMO RESORTS MANALI seems to be new and definitely very clean. Room size is huge. Breakfast spread is good. Cons: power cut is very frequent here so you might have to wait for 5-10 min for generator to start at one point in the middle of night i had to call PRIMO RESORTS MANALI's number that light isnt their please check on it. During summers the room gets very hot and all they have is wall fan which doesnt cater to the size of room. Basic thing like ice doesnt exist at their property at all and the cold water is chargeable around 50/bottle.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Although the check-in time was 2 pm, we reached the property by 10 am and they happily allowed us early check-in without charging any extra amount. The staff were very courteous and you’ll see a smiling face every-time you walk into the PRIMO RESORTS MANALI. Every time you come inside the PRIMO RESORTS MANALI, they send water into your room. Not to mention the view, it is amazing! all rooms have a balcony and the view is just great. The rooms are really clean and spacious! we just tried the breakfast there and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Stayed here with family for 4 days and trust me it was pure bliss. Starting from check in to the last minute before i left was a tremendous experience. Special mention for PRIMO RESORTS MANALI manager thakur sir who always had a caring heart and genuine attitude towards all his guests. The rooms were ultra luxurious and the property was always kept clean and tidy throughout. Food was just right with a mixed menu on all the days we stayed here. Hotel stay, room and staff is really nice. Mountain and valley view from our room was really too good. You can see in pictures. Special thanks to mr. Vikram (restaurant manager) and his staff for providing us really good food throughout our stay. Food is slightly pricey but worth to spend on it as the taste was really good and fresh. Hotel is slightly far from city centre therefore the sorroundings and atmosphere is really calm and peaceful gives peace of mind. Overall stay was really too good.

Great staff, comfortable rooms, but they need to improve there dinner buffet. Rest all is perfect.

Location approx 4km from mall road. Resort is nice & clean. Rooms are very spacious with some great view of snow capped mountain. Only issue with the food quality which is average unexpectedly.

Stay was good and had awesome location. Few things can be improved like shower no bath robe and fridge was there. Overall it was a good experience. Food was good
