The location of the property is easily accessible and very near to the railway station and private bus stand. The room was very small and could accommodate only a single person. Breakfast was denied by the hotel even though it was shown in the booking. The staff were polite and friendly. The tv remote was not available and i needed to switch on manually each time.

Check in was problem. Checked in with daughter and the staffs did not allow and it was awkward. I also work in tourism industry. Need goo staffs to maintain the hotel. My rating 0 for staff.
