I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional behavior exhibited by a member of your staff during my stay on dated 10.11.2025, The staff member at the canteen was not polite and their tone was consistently rough, which made me feel uncomfortable,Despite several attempts to receive assistance, the staff members I interacted with seemed indifferent to my needs and concerns.

Poor Maintenance of room , Lots of water leakage in toilets etc, Food was pathetic, Complimentary Break fast was worst, behaviour of the restaurant attenders was terribly poor.

But it would be a bit helpful to us if you can provide us so of your valuable suggestion in connection to Breakfast and food, as here being an Industrial Hotel we constantly meet with the custom's and ask for their suggestion. Might be missed you. Anyway without saying sorry to the matter asking for a chance to be able to serve you........ Hope you'll give a chance.....

About hotel and staf

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall experience was quite good. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was neat and had all basic amenities like towels, soap, and hot water. Room service was prompt and polite. The receptionist's behaviour was very polite. Apart from that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Now in connection to Dinner, as you can feel it's an Industrial Hotel, so we've to make the food here a bit Homely, and light. Normal Hotel meals are not accepted here by the boarders as maximum are of long stay. But if you urge some thing surely we'll try our level best to provide it to you...... Hope to serve you better and make you feel happy in all the prospective......

The place was so cozy and had a good lighting. Washrooms were so clean and staffs provided amazing services. Moreover these, the restaurant was amazing. The food there we liked a lot. Even after checkout we had dinner there for 5-6 days.

Hotel is ok. However the facilities provided is not good. No hot water and breakfast is very basic. Just one two items and need to wait for food to come. I would rather stay in better hotel.
