Rooms are clean and in peaceful area but it's in the outer in pushpanjali society too far from all the temples like prem mandir, banke bihari, etc. No public transport, need to rely on hotel for e rikshew. They call when you have to go anywhere. No food option available, again you have to rely on hotel. They will call the or you can call them, then food will be delivered to your room. Regarding my stay, i booked two ac room but they provided me rooms with coolers when i questioned this, he offered me one ac room or one room with 4 beds. One of the cooler provided was faulty giving shock. One important point - he took the pic of our aadhar cads in his mobile even though he had scanner and scanned the id's and also got signed from me. So i am not sure what is the need to have pic of our id's in his mobile phone. May be can look into this. So i will rate my stay there as bad.

Hotel location is at posh area. Owner is good and humble. Prem mandir is 800 meters from vehicle. All the vrindavan mandirs are nearby to the hotel within 5km. Range.

The property is different from its virtual look. It's very unhygienic and even there's no exhaust fan in the wash room. Used bedsheets and pillow covers were provided. The room was occupied by misquotes and lizards. There was no particular time for lunch. Lunch gets prepared at the mercy of the property manager. Mm t should ensure quality and provide factual not misleading information.
