While making the booking actually it was the worst experience ever. I was having started defaithing on the brand name radisson blu. Some of the staff specially the night staff and duty manager appointed on the night of 22nd august, 2024 were very unprofessional and pathetic. But thankfully there were three staff who made my stay superb and comfortable and resolved my every single query very empathitically and calmly and three of them are the only reason because of whom i am giving a 5 star review today to the radisson blu tower kaushambi. Otherwise minus marking was not enough for me if three of them acted like other unprofessional staff. My heartily and special thanks to mr. Gaurav upadhyah. I saw his profile over the linkedn and actually the person he is what he have mentioned over the profile customer satisfaction expert what actually he is. Hats off to you mr upadhyay. My second special thanks to ms flauren. Such a sweet and darling **** she is. Actually the radisson blu is lucky to have such faithful staff who take the customer issue as their own issue and goes beyond the possibility. Thank you so much flauren. My third special thanks to mr harshvardhan over the reception on the morning of 24th august, 2024. He is such a nice person who specially took the pain for me and come upstairs to the 10th floor of the building just to inform me that my room is ready. Such a humble person you are harsh. Thank you so much. You made my day marvelous. It was really a nice stay which i was actually not expecting and expectedly flaunt everything to social media but just because of these three special staff radisson blu kaushambhi got the 5 star review from my side.

I stayed at radisson kaushambi for one night, booked through mmt. The service was outstanding, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant offered amazing food with great quality and a wonderful ambiance. Overall, my experience was excellent, and i highly recommend this Radisson Blu Towers Kaushambi, Delhi for its superb service and exceptional dining.

Stay was good. Few points Radisson Blu Towers Kaushambi, Delhi should work upon: (1) Provide same no. of key cards to guests that are staying in a room, because the lift needs key cards to access any floor. Having one key card for 2 people, makes it difficult for guests. (2) Breakfast was not great. Everything tasted bland, needs improvement in that area.

Nice and clean room, good service, with reasonable rate. Food is acceptable which would be better if there more choices like steak, japanese food, sea foods.
