No water supply at hotel. No proper response from staff. Very poor experience. Did not get water to Bath.

I feel better in this hotel at Aligarh, hotel accommodation is clean and silent, service is fast.

Superb hotel good food I Am regular customer of this hotel

When I was entered in the hotel I thought I choose a wrong hotel, it was looking like road cheap lodge, dogs are laying down in the reception area, very unprofessional atmosphere was there, but when manager insisted me to check room once which was on second floor then I agreed and checked then I surprised, room was very good and same was shown in the picture at the time of booking. So overall if you don't mind the hotel ambience and have to stay in a good room you can book it.

Good staff and good food also cleanliness is superb

Rajesh continental hotel provided very poor food services. You have to remind 2-3 time for food. Food quality is also not so good.
Receptionist is very rude and arrogant.
