Waste of time and money. Not at all worth. Resort is under renovation and still they are accommodating people. Breakfast options also limited and not good

While searching we saw the property and location was awesome just like childhood dream painting.

It location is nice. Because the river is sea and gardens. And the food is delicious. And railways near hotel

The staff was cooperative. The food was absolutely amazing and the view was to die for. It was really a very comfortable stay

it was good but they didn't accepted payment through online mode. all otherwise it's good ❤️

1. No hand towel 2. No tea or coffee schet 3. No hot water kettle 4. Food tasted not good 5. We had tried panner ka sabzi dal khicdi sambhar which was pathetic 6. They didn't recharge the tv till half day passed 7. Swimming pool was dirty

Disappointing stay at hotel ratnaa. Desolate hotel with absolutely bad service with almost no hotel staff there even in reception. Cracked tiles in room n bad bathroom fittings. Actually saw a bat flying through the lobby. View from the room is a wall. No upgrade offered even though hotel had very few occupancy. No fridge or safe

I had heard reviews of delicious food served at ratna restaurant. I was not disappointed. They serve only veg food but the quality and authenticity of the food was outstanding.

It's a very nice place, for rainy vacations. Nice rooms & good for family members. Nice space & food quality is good. But service is very slow

Average place with lots of things not working- amusement park was closed, machines not working in the game zone, and rooms are quite ok. Property is in kamshet and not in lonavala and hotel does not provide any transportation as specified making it difficult and expensive to travel locally. Good things are its view and good food at the restaurant.

It is very good resort for stay and very good service.

We booked riverside room and view is excellent food in their restaurant food was hot and tasty. Foreign experience is very nice

Location of the resort is superb, the view is breathtaking. Food was amazing and the service was also good.

Property is too big to be managed properly. People are good but professionalism is missing. Location and view is wonderful. Food is of average quality and not a very good spread. Lighting is below average.

Overall experience was average, nothing was there as shown in photographs or events mentioned by the owner on mm t or own website. Service was too poor, only 2 workers available at night for the whole resort. Found a snake near the pool, nobody was there from the resort. Property is very good but not maintained at all.

Worst stay bad smell all over the place they say it's a resort but its not even like a proper hotel beds were stinking. Food was ok view was ok the owner is ok their main purpose is arranging weddings please don't fall for the photos it's all fake
