Pathetic experience, services denied to me.

So I booked this hotel as I had to stay there till 2pm and in property rules and services it was mentioned for the package that I chose- 1)GUARANTEED late check-out upto 2 hrs 2) Subject to availability late check-out upto 3 hrs I chose the package specially because of the guaranteed 2 hrs late check-out. But when I reached there they told me that the late check-out of 2 hours is not guaranteed!! I showed the booking details and the point where 2 hrs guaranteed late check-out is specifically mentioned and they didn't believe me at all. After arguing with them for some time I went to my room but the reception started calling me at 1 pm that my stay is over and I must leave and they sent me out of the hotel after denying me the service. Apart from this NO WELCOME DRINKS were served even though it was included in the booking, the breakfast area and options were very much limited. While the restaurant food was extremely expensive. I ordered a latte and a cappuccino and what I got was coffee powder sprinkled over hot milk !!

My recent stay at the hotel was below expectations. I found the staffās attitude less non-welcoming , and The room descriptions provided were misleading and did not match what was actually offered at the time of booking. Additionally, the breakfast quality could need to be significantly improved.

The location was outside the city area but was not that far from the city but it was ideal for me as I went there for an exam and the hotel is just opposite my exam centre. All the amenities and services were great. Though , I found the food available in the hotel was a bit costly but that's just in my opinion and I love the behaviour of the staff They are very polite and always helpful. No disturbance at all the stay was very peaceful. Overall I loved the experience and will surely recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is far from the main city but the property is very good. The girl at the reception is very professional and is very welcoming by nature. She also provided me 4 hours early check-in. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The view from the room is also very good and the food is also very tasty. We did not have any problem for all the days we stayed here.

We stayed at Regenta for 3 days. Itās a very comfortable hotel with polite and well trained staff. They upgraded our room for free too! The food is good, but expensive. The breakfast spread is good and has plenty of options. The location is quite away from the main city, which was the only minus, but that also means that the surroundings were open and not cluttered. Has space for parking your car outside too, which was a plus.

When asked for refilling water bottle,no one came to do so.Its charges are high but no breakfast or dinner included.Iwill recomend other restaurants with the same rent but more facilities.
