Reliance Guest House

I checked into Reliance Guest House yesterday and checked out today. Considering the price, one shouldn’t expect a better experience in Durgapur. The location is good, the car parking space is convenient, and the staff are polite though not very professional. The room and furniture could use some maintenance and the food was average.

Average: 3. Room service was not regular. Room was not cleaned daily, sheets were not changed. No food and restaurant facilities were available.

Food too costly Accommodation uncleaned. Service poor. Behaviour little bit harsh

It was very poor quality and very bad experience, I request to every one please don’t visit

extremely bad. no support staff. no front desk staff , no restaurant facility. will no recommend for family visit.

1. Ceiling fan is not working 2. Hotel room wall to old painted 3. The room is not very much clin 4. Bathroom basin was broken

The behaviour of the staff was very rude. Booked ac deluxe room from make my trip they provided me very dirty room and told me that we can't provided good room to mm t users. Shame on you mm t and worst service by reliance guest house. Took 1500 rs and provided room worth 700. Very bad experience.

I stayed at their non ac deluxe room along with my family for 2 days. Service was good and staff members were hospitable.

Ac was too old and not working properly. Nobody was there at 10. 30 pm at reception. Faced difficulty while returning at night to my room.

Room are not good. Overpriced & room window glass not good. Glass parda are so small.

very worst hotel , I have ever seen 😦😞. Rooms are not cleaned, breakfast included in the hotel but not provided in actual. I am spending one tight very uncomfortablely

Asking for id hardcopy, not accepting original soft copy or any print copy of govt. Id. I'm asking for alternate way for i'd they are charging for extra money when i not agreed their behaviour became rude. Ac not working properly. The washroom is also of poor quality. Give 1 star out of 10.

Location not so good, parking only one car can park in front of gate, no food facility available.

Breakfast is very poor quality, only bread and omlet available, tea chargeable.
Old and damage towel use in bathroom, sanitize-rs not use in hotel any where.

They are not taking digital payment, asking for cash, i want to pay by credit card

A staff named somnath cheated us in all the meals which we ordered from the hotel

Horrible. I have to check out within 35 mins due to their service, cleanliness, hygiene factor. Will suggest everyone not to stay here
