Residency Hotel Fort

Had a very good experience. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The location is excellent and made our stay very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This was my second stay at Residency Fort and it was excellent like the previous time. Hospitality of the hotel staff was very good and the food was also good. They allowed us for an early check-in as a room was available. The location of this property is very near to CSMT railway station, Marine drive and Gateway of India.

For a Delhi person, a general issue would always be smaller room’s in Mumbai however excellent service, amazing breakfast (limited but good taste), clean, helpful, warm and comforting.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was quite disappointed. I had booked a Deluxe Double Room, expecting it to be more spacious than a standard room. However, the room was very small, and so was the bathroom. The photos on the website are misleading — they make the room and bathroom look much bigger than they actually are. In reality, one wall of the bathroom is entirely covered with a mirror, which creates an illusion of space. The only positive aspect is the location, which is convenient. But overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price.

Hotel had a separate building nearby where the room was allocated, but the wing had no staff, the staff used to lock the front door & vanishing away, so we had to wait outside for more than hour & countineu knocked, but no response, the door keys were not working, so we had to leave our luggage’s without security. Very poor.

Person on reception counter was not cooperative, also not guiding properly. No parking available being at commercial location.

Staff and service was very good. Room was very cramped. The bathroom and toiletries were good. The room was in an adjacent building and not in the main hotel complex. Gave me a feeling of insecurity. Breakfast menu was limited even though the service was good. The surroundings of the hotel were not very good. Overall for the money paid, not really worth it. Best avoided.

The hotel and room both were much much smaller than it looked in the photos. The room barely had space to move and only space for a bed. The laminates were all peeling off so it didn’t seem well maintained either. Looked good in the photos so we had booked. The AC too started making noise in the middle of the night. Glad we didn’t drive as the location does not allow for any parking.

Humble staff, tasty food and location is great, although room is small but overall nice experience.

My experience was very good. The service was excellent and location of the hotel is good as it is located at the walking distance from CST railway station. The coeicerge Rajesh helped us a lot and all other hotel staff was also very helpful. The breakfast served was also tasty. Overall it was a very good experience.

First of all hotel was in prime location and the hospitality was aswame,i will suggest my friend and family members if you are visiting mumbai i will suggest you to step in to this hotel

The hotel is located at an ideal location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoy our stay very much. All the staff was good like Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Peter and all. The breakfast was also yummy and delicious
