Rivendell 3BHK with Pvt Pool by Stellar Stays

Rivendell 3bhk villa, lonavala We had the worst experience in this villa because not only the hall AC wasn't working for straight 4 hours in the hall but no fan was available and for a group of friends that was the only place to chill in afternoon in the hot scorching weather. Moreover, they didn't let us access the cupboard, and it was locked stating it had their things. Also the the villa was not maintained. There were cracks all over, It badly needed renovation since a lot of things were falling apart, including the entrance slab down. The pillow was the worst, and it looked like infested with germs. Very bad experience for the weekend while they are charging literally 15k for the villa for 6.

The outdoor area had plenty of seating, a BBQ setup, and lovely lighting that created a serene and luxurious vibe. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, though there were also great restaurants nearby. The living room was cozy, with modern furnishings and a large smart TV—ideal for evening hangouts. The staff and host were extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. worst property ever. bed bugs, cockroaches, no care taker, rude stuff

When we reach at villa they say that our villa was unreconstruction and they give us another villa and we get villa on 3 o clock and they come sharp 10:45 to checkout

The hosts don’t pickup calls. Caretaker didn’t clean the pool before we arrived. Also 10am check out is too early. Whole villa was wet all time no proper doormats were provided. Rooms didn’t have fans. Ac leaked water into rooms. And all three rooms are totally different.
