Royal Mini Resort (Tent and Swimming Pool)

We had the deluxe rooms upgraded up front, Food was not on time almost 2 hours delayed & quantity was low n quality was okeish, one of our rooms had no hot water facility, both TV's were not working & didn't even start me with the swimming it was one of the worst, just location was good

After 4 K per night. My family felt we were leaving in "Mumbai chal". Shower will in very bad condition. No soap and towel were provided in bath room. it was just a lodging worth 700/- per night.

1.Food quality is good 2. Only one towel provided irrespective of guest in Room. 3. Standard rooms are much below standard . Visitor should avoid to stay in such rooms 4. For extra bed only blanket is provided without inner white sheet .

It's not value for money. It's not a resort. Firstly, the way to this place is very narrow. Secondly, you will not get network connectivity here. Thirdly, the bedsheet was unclean. Fourthly, you get only poha and up-ma in the name of complimentary breakfast.

we did a mistake of believing in pictures. this hotel is not even worth 1000. Rooms dirty, telephone doesn't work, no breakfast, no room service, interior location where hardly a car can pass through. unprofessional staff

Location and food is good. Property rooms are too terrible, not worth more than 800/night. Property is charging top high rates

Hi the experience was good lively resort with good ambience. Mulberry trees nearby the resort. Good service by the people there.

Rooms are not maintained and service is not good they have a kitchen but we ordered any food they told us it's not available

No intercoms facility, only pohe or up-ma in breakfast, for soap and towel had to request no complimentary water bottle not even for purchase at premises tv remote and cable connection laso not in working condition empty hand wash bottles was there, flush was also not working properly each and every service was to much deal y no higen in swimming any one can swim with regular inner wear

we were given servant type rooms when we arrived. And booking was for 3 persons we paid accordingly but property attendant behaved like we are taking advantage of them. They don't want to give towels not tissues and unclean room was given. We adjusted as we have to stay the night. Its totally not worth booking online property.

No good wi-fi connection, no soap, no towels, bathroom was not cleaned. Rooms and curtain were very dirty. No amenities were available as shown in the pics.

Rooms are not clean, basic things like door mat also were missing poor service. Inadequate man power property not maintained access road to location not great

Everyone who works at the hotel is welcoming and friendly! the rooms were beautiful (one of our rooms was #110 and 111 and it was spacious, with old-style charm and a specular view of the mountain. )breakfast at the hotel is well worth getting. They have a good variety of food, we asked for traditional maharashtrian food and it was superb. The hotel location is also good. All the view points are near.

Fake images. The resort is not even 10 %as that of images shared by them. Very very poor service. Breakfast is just a plate of either poha or upama on every day. No hot water in bathroom. Room are not properly clean.

Hotel staff was good, but hygiene and cleanliness was not upto the mark. The road to hotel was very small. The swimming pool was small. Overall average experience.

Neat and clean room very good staff and safe for family suitable for family stay. Swimming pool well maintain ac is working

Hotel premises is good and clean, way to hotel is little small. At a time only one car can pass. Hotel staff is good. Provide the things on demand. Kitchen is not so good. But it will fulfill your needs. My package include breakfast but it was limited only. Swimming pool is small but good for kids. No good facility near swimming pool like shower changing room etc. Room cleanliness was not so good. Over all experience is average.

Not worth spending so much on this resort
