Thank you for your comments. We are always committed to guest hygiene, and cleanness is our main focus. You have commented after 5 months of your stay. If there was any real issues regarding cleaning and hygiene you could have complained at the same time or immediate after check out time. But you didn't. Any way at least you remembered our hotel even after 5 months, thank you for that.

soloaverage stay here. hotel is not so good. don't book this . location bohot Ganda hai hotel hai. sab jagah dur hai yaha se. sevoke road mai hai bhi nahi ye hotel . off area mai hai hotel. hotel ka washroom bhi clean nahi tha. bedsheet pillow was also not good.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, if you don't know the place and visited first time you don't have any idea what is prime location and what is off beat. For your kind information where the hotel is situated the location is prome location in Siliguri. This is called Sevoke Road, Panitanki More, Clock Tower ( Kalimpong Jeep Stand Building) from where everywhere is accessible and five minutes walking distance to Hong Kong Market. So far as cleanness concern we are always committed to maintain hygiene and comfort to the guest. Any way thank you for your 3 star rating ๐

The hotel was inside the main market of the Siliguri. The hotel was good to stay for 1 day, The entry of the hotel was blocked the Gas pipeline and no parking of the vehicle was available, so I had parked the vehicle at the back side of the hotel.

Hotel staff is very rude and unhelpful, bedsheets and blankets were dirty. When asked to provide clean items, hotel staff declined. Was charged highly for very small room with no ac, tv, fan working. Overall terrible stay

Your all complaints were resolved immediately. The TV, AC, Fan were in good condition and working properly, might be you didn't use it. If you had asked for help to the room boy he could have assisted you to operate. The room was the same room you had booked for. This is Triple room and 3 people accomodate comfortabley. Till midnight hotel staff were serving you by providing extra foot mats so I think they must not be unhelpful.. Any way thank you for your comments. ๐

All your dissatisfaction and rating is finally based on the asking the payment for the bottle of water at check out time. Our hotel policy is to provide a bottle of packaged water in check in time not in every time on your mood demands and unlimitedly. When you have been asked for the payment of extra bottle of water you got angry on staffs.that's it. Any way, thank you for staying with us.

My Experience was not so good..the AC was not working properly and the food we have ordered was brought from outside stalls and the taste was very badโฆThey took 1 hours just to serve a tea.

The property location is beautiful, on the edge of mountain โฐ๏ธ. View is mesmerizing. It has big common balcony to sit outside in cold with a drink and enjoy the beauty of mountain and city terrain. Hotel services is very good if not top class. Food option are limited but rest is perfect stay for couple or family and friends. 5 star for sure.

Hotel was good, silent environment n location was good, rooms were clean n tidy staff were friendly n cooperative. Just 1 thing i dint like is room ac wasn't good, doesn't gives any cool effect to room as this days in hot climate we cannot stay without ac right. Not clean and ac stops

The bed had hairs on it. The ac was on auto mode and remote was not provided. In the morning it went off and it was so hot. We got sweaty and woke due to it. The tv was not working (not a problem for us but a point which i think should be mentioned. Staffs were polite. But the service received was disappointing.
