The property is very spacious and clean, food is good and hygienic. One of the best properties I had stayed in. The caretakers are friendly and you can ask them for any requests they will cater to it. Indoor and outdoor games are available, bedrooms and washrooms are clean and well maintained.

Property location is excellent. It needs renovation and refurnishing. About food it was disappointing as Same chicken dish repeated in dinner same as lunch. Veg biryani was salty. We could not eat. After complaining and proving they charged whole amount. Speaker was not charged.

The property was very dirty especially the kitchen and the pool. Acs were not working. Hygiene was the main concern.

groupIt is an amazing villa. Perfect for a group of 6. The care takers are very considerate, caring and awesome. Each and every need of yours would be taken care of. The food they cook is at par with any top restaurant you can think of. Pool is only 3. 5 feet in depth but it is big, clean and perfectly situated to avoid sunlight and tanning.

Villa was very good, huge, and beautiful. There were indoor games such as carrom, pool table and table tennis. Food menu needs improvement as very limited options were available in the menu and while placing order some of the items were not available so we were left with hardly any option. Overall good experience.

The stay was good. Especially the hospitality staff, the caretakers mr. Kalpesh and mr. Viman were exceptionally helpful and good. However, the food was okay and not great. Moreover the cleanliness at the property was not so great and maintenance was a big issue. The master bedroom ac stopped working at night. The toilet door of master bedroom was not working and couldn't be shut and could not be fixed. The swimming pool was average. There is a huge problem of power cut at this villa and there is no proper generator backup.

Poorly maintained

Bungalow is poorly maintained. Not a perfect place for stay. It is average farm. Food quality is not good. It’s the biggest rip off i have ever experienced as a traveller. Please avoid this villa to save your hard earned money.

No toilet on the pool level, which is an issue as you need to keep going 1 level down to use the toilet or to change. As per images the pool looks quite big, but it is extremely small. More like a plunge pool. No ac in the living room.

Avoid this villa at all costs to save your trip

This villa does not look like what it is in the pictures. It is extremely unkempt, rusted, dirty and poorly maintained. Usually whenever I stay in villas like this, the local staff is the most friendly and extremely sweet but not in this case. The staff was rude and didn't even give us enough food even though we paid for it separately. It's the biggest rip off I have ever experienced as a traveler. Please avoid this villa to save your hard earned money.
