We checked in late, and unfortunately, there was no one at the reception to assist us. We had to call the hotel staff ourselves, after which someone eventually showed up. There was no welcome or basic courtesy extended upon arrival. The room we were taken to had a noticeable odor, and it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done since the last guest’s checkout. While the bedsheet may have been changed, the rest of the bedding including the pillow and quilt was visibly unclean. The bathroom was in extremely poor condition and far from acceptable standards. Basic amenities such as a kettle, toiletries, and even a TV were missing, despite being mentioned online. It was disappointing to see that the glowing reviews on Google were not reflective of the actual experience. Overall, this stay was far below expectations and we wouldn’t recommend it.

Their is no one to attend the guest request, no basic amenities was their, no one is receiving call. Situation arise to checkout in few hours

The Hotel was good the owner and the workers there are also very nice. Room were clean and nice Location is also very good. Overall it was Good Experience

The room allocated to us was small and smelly. We had to call a person to clean bedsheets, and the washroom had earlier guests' clothes hanging. Electricity was fluctuating the whole night. There are no water bottles in the room. Overall, our experience was too bad. Not worth of price I paid.

Its good but for the group as well they are not providing the room/dormitory keys for the luggages safety.

The hostel room was very small that cramped 5 bunk beds. There was no staff most of the times and there was no provision for drinking water

It was not as shown in the thumbnail picture over and they didn't provided the toiletries and room was too small in size congested place

Nice facility give advice to the travelers such as providing details that you wish you would have known before you went on the trip.

No showergel/shampoo, delayed checkin, very short on staff and don’t so be ready to wait for everything, you will never find any staff if you try to look for them, no reception number, no bedside phone, no wifi as they did not renewed their plan

Very easy to reach the location, very friendly environment, best place to stay and spend quality time in rishikesh

Excellent hospitality by sailani lostels, they helped us with brilliant travel recommendations, their inhouse cafe kalpvriksha is a treat for a backpacker. Must visit for people planning their stay in rishikesh
