worst stay even for a night

No proper adress, locked inside a shutter. There’s no reception desk a person came and unlocked the room and left , room is completely stinky and not at all cleaned. There’s no fan in the room and the washroom is dirty literally there are Leeches roaming in the washroom.

1)No water supply from 10 PM (02/10/2025 to 8 AM (03/10/2025) 2)Property owner does not respond our call . 3) we cannot respond our nature's call so we feel distressed. 4)Unhygienic conditions of the room. 5)There is no provision of food. 6)No sweeper no room attendant .

There is no cleanliness and the room is full of dust and there is no room service or drinking water facility also. They are encouraging alcohol inside the premises. Worst experience and they are asking for full payment and stating that they did not receive the money from make my trip. Finally it looks like a brothel house. I don't know how to make my trip encouraging these types of properties.

No body in the building

The building was hard to locate at 8:30 pm as it was pitch dark. Somehow could find the place at 9:30 pm. Kept calling out for someone to answer from the ground floor. Since it was pitch dark i did not take a chance to climb up coz even 1st floor was not lit up. Moreover no phone number provided by make my trip and wrong google map link which kept taking me to the parallel road. I stayed else where. So please refund my paid amount.
