⭐ 1/5 — Worst Homestay Experience Ever My stay at Sanshi Homestay was extremely disappointing. They charged extra for almost everything — even for washing dishes and taking luggage to the room. Every single room service request had an additional ₹100 charge, which makes no sense for a place calling itself a homestay. The room was very small, nowhere close to what was shown or promised. The owner manages everything remotely and surprisingly didn’t even know the number of days of my booking. Totally unprofessional! Overall, it felt like they only care about charging money for every little thing rather than providing hospitality. I would not recommend Sanshi Homestay to anyone. Avoid it if you want a peaceful and comfortable stay.

the stay was nice, service was average but one bad thing was it's location. It's located very far away from main Puri and hence all the transportation charges to and from the hotel was very expensive

I lost my wallet. Can clearly see someone picking it up near parking in CCTV but there is no security guard or similar measures to avoid such incidents. need better security to avoid such an experience.

Dear Mr. Patil, We are sorry to hear about the wallet incident. However, we would like to clarify that guest belongings are their own responsibility. As soon as you reported the issue, we immediately coordinated with the society president and secretary to access CCTV footage and even showed it to you for clarity. Our property premises are safe and 24*7 regularly monitored with CCTV covering all corners, but we do not have authority beyond the designated homestay area for personal belongings left in public zones like the parking area. We value your feedback and will continue to improve wherever possible. However, this incident was unfortunate and unrelated to the stay experience itself.

Location is Good, peaceful area Rooms are clean and fitted with modern amenities. Car Parking is also available. Sea beach ⛱️ is also with 1 km drive. Few drawbacks: Far away from the market place . Food options are limited inside. You can order from Zomato, Swiggy.

Cozy Environment. Staff are Friendly There also Kitchen Facilities where You Cook your own Food. One Disadvantage is far from the main Puri city So Keep all your essentials things as well as Groceries for self Cooking. There also an Cafe available.

Exceeded my expectations

Clean room, spacious bed, premium amenities, subscriptions of multiple OTT, moody ambience lights, added kitchen, mini frizer.....the list goes on and on......this stay has been great and exceeded my expectations from the apartment...... Self-drive scooter, bike and Cars are available and with driver also available. The only problem I would say that it is a bit far away from all other hotels and beach......main bazar is 2km and mandir 3km far away. Other than that everything is top notch and management also are very supportive and quick. This is everything that I can expect from my 1200rs per night stay. Great stay for sure.

Place was nice and clean. It is same as it is shown in the pictures. It is little far from temple but near to swargadwar beach. In the evening u can just go to the beach and enjoy the breeze. They also provide rental scooty here. Exploring puri on the scooty is the best way. At last i would say it was worth every penny

They have provided us room without cleaning, when asked they told that we will come and clean but didn't. Floor is not neat, bathroom was not up to the mark[not cleaned]
