location of the hotel is very good, just facing Lider river. food provided was good and home made. Property needs some improvement like window nets etc. Services were good. Both the caretakers were very polite and helping..

Location and services were wonderful, little improvement of kitchenette facility would make it even better.

Average amenities, no parking space as shown, parked vehicle outside the hotel at a distance on road at own risk.

Super stay. Excellent view of lidder river. Super staff. Sahid and jun-aid boths are super hero. Next time finally stay in this hotel.

Staff of hotel were very cooperative and polite. Rooms were clean. View was very attractive. It is advised that the contact number should be working properly, only whatsapp call was available.

Nice stay with a wonderful view, sound of the flowing river was working like a therapy. And people here are very polite and understanding.

A good budget hotel with amazing location of lidder river and superb wifi connection. However proper parking place is not available.

I had a lovely experience with my family here. The backyard is on the bank of lidder river where we had breakfast and evening chai. The room service was impressive, jun-aid bhaiyya (the caretaker) was very hardworking and helpful to the visitors with the luggage, arranging food, hot water for drinking and local taxi. Highly recommend it for a calming and comfortable stay.

The view and staying is ultimate. Overall buildup is also good. Staff is also very cooperative. Family staying is pleasant. Value for money if food arrangement is available because food is very expensive as compared to other places.

Only thing we liked there was the river view. Nothing else about the property is good. Very small rooms toilets not in a good condition.

This is best hotel palace in pehlgam with river view very near to market also. Give 5 out of 5 for stay. For food just 5 mins distance market awailanle.

The location was very good as it was adjacent to the river, the garden was nice with rose flowers and the behaviour of staff was good and supportive.

There is only one boy he do all thing if u go in santoor palace u not get any person in reception for 1 hour taking no. From makemy trip u call then he come. Hotel when not able to give u morning tea while u see river view for 2 hour while on other hand there is 3 to 4 hotel we see service on other hotel not in my hotel.

Backyard view was amazing right by the lidder river bank. Nice cozy well kept rooms if you are looking for budgeted stay. Service by hotel owners is appreciated. Only thing they need to work on is availability of food for the customers.
