🌟 This property is in an ideal location, close to all basic amenities 🏪, railway stations 🚉, and the metro 🚇. The hotel staff were very supportive 🤝, and overall, I truly enjoyed my stay 😊. Thank you for making my trip even better! ✨🏨

Tiny room. No hot water/geyser, no iron stand. No proper wardrobe. Broken steel rod / hanger in bathroom.

Property location is very silent area but room and bed also bathroom is very cleanless bit and blanket is very dirty

The room, atmosphere is good. But the wifi was too bad. 3 days there is no proper wifi. One of the worst experience in Sapphire business Suits only because of the Wifi.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. Somebody had used the bathroom right before I checked in. I think they gave me the room right after last check out before cleaning.

No chair was provided in the room. Also when asked for an iron box they said they couldn't provide that. but the same guy gave iron box for another room No chair was provided in the room. Rooms are below average and it doesn’t looks as the images . Poor room service, no hot water, no proper Wifi and not well maintained room. Towels and bed sheets are dirty. But it has enough parking space and at a prime location.

The stay was good, the only Feedback I want to share is we needed a proper cupboard. There was one, but without any partition and other one is actually about hot water. When it rains they don’t provide hot water. So these two things they need to address, otherwise the stay was good.

Our stay at the Sapphire Business Suite was disappointing. The rooms were infested with ants, and maintenance issues forced us to switch rooms. Additional problems included lack of hot water, no TV channels, and unclean bathrooms. Overall, the experience was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend it for future stays.
