Excellent location, clean and open property with professional staff. Food quality was good with lots of local options to chose for breakfast.

Being an avid user I always book trustworthy hotels but to my amaze We had the worst experience ever. The staff is under trained and asks for room After booking the wholesome plan including all our meals we were asked to pay helfty amount at the time of checkout and on cross checking with the manager at front desk was guilty but not sorry. Rooms had pungent smell of water leakage. They ruined my Birthday stay. Worst hotel and staff ever

We booked a garden facing room & was assured of the same. When we reached, we were told it is not available & all rooms are occupied. Next dissapointment was that the Phone wasnt working. When dialed a housekeeping, some other room guy used to pick up. Wasnt able to reach reception. Such a stay & waste of money it was.

Amazing property ! Delicious breakfast spread and very good location. It’s approx 2-3 km from golden temple but away from the main hustle but very easily accessible also. Loved the stay overall

Sarovar Premier Amritsar at Albert Rd is a wonderfully central location. Very well appointed rooms. Great food. Breakfast section incharge Ms. Dipti & staff were very polite & attentive. It was a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at Sarovar Premier, and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing in terms of service. The reception and housekeeping teams were extremely unresponsive — most of the time they wouldn’t even pick up calls. Whenever we requested something, it either never arrived or took around 30 minutes or more to be delivered. We had to keep calling again and again to remind them, which was really . Another major issue was that the staff didn’t feel welcoming at all. For a hotel that claims to be a 5-star property, the level of service and hospitality was far below expectations. Honestly, I’ve seen much better and faster service in many 3 or 4-star hotels. The only positive part of our stay was the room — it was very nice, spacious, and clean. The hotel also gave us a free room upgrade at check-in, which I appreciated. However, despite the good rooms, the poor service really ruined the overall experience.

It's a beautiful property. This is an old Circuit house converted into a Modern hotel. The rooms are cozy but overall dining experience can be improved

Stay was perfect. The hotel is just 700 meters from railway station. The service was excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was great. The hotel staff made us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend it.

Property is new, pool is not functional yet.Front desk staff is a little lousy but overall experience is good as it is away from the usual hustle bustle. Not too far from Shri Darbaar Sahab (only 3 odd kms)

Food was good rooms good , but recieptionist talk quite rude which made my mood spoil. We do not expect such type of way of talking from such good hotels

Our stay at Sarovar Premiere was absolutely wonderful. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and well-handled. The staff deserves special appreciation — Mehak and Simran were extremely courteous, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with all modern amenities. The food was delicious, breakfast had a great variety, and the restaurant service was top-notch. The overall ambiance of the hotel added to the relaxing experience after exploring the city. The location is excellent, close to major attractions, and the hotel offers spacious parking, which made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amritsar — perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and value. 👏

Hotel is located at a prime location. Close by to railway station. Readily accessible to Golden temple and Jallian wallah Bagh. Hotel ambience is excellent, peaceful and reminds the Sikh architecture. Restaurant is spacious, food was cooked with love and served hot everytime with no fallacies in its taste. Service was exceptionally good, especially by GSA Ms Uzlifa, who attended us everytime with a smile. Happy to recommend the stay here at Sarovar Premiere, Amritsar.😊

Nice rooms , tasty food only staff in room service / restaurant was bit ride as we had dinner buffet unlimited in package , they told us snacks will be in room after sending one portion they refused us

It was a great property, newly build, very neat and big rooms, also got free upgrade to bigger room. Food was very delicious. Property was very easy approachable.
