Hotel Saugandhika is the only good option in Haripad/ Nangiarkulangara area. Rooms are decent with good decor. Bathrooms are little cramped. They need to provide footmat outside shower and next to toilets, which would help to keep the area dry. The other part that I did not like was that Bathroom had a musty smell and there wasn't a room freshner to clear the smell. I must add that they serve good (Kerala) food in their restaurants.

Well equipped and Clean room, excellent dinner and breakfast. Smooth checkin/checkout and service. Good value for money.

Location and infrastructure are good. Food also is good. But the services need improvement and it should be customer friendly; they are too rigid. The check out time is 11 am and they refused to allow even a one hour extension. These are not clearly mentioned in the website. They get business because there are no similar facilities nearby thus enjoying a monopoly and exploiting customers- for a rural setting the rates are also high

Absolute value for money, super friendly staff, great clean room and amazing service. Kid friendly and the staff were very cooperative in taking care of our requests to ensure our little one was comfortable.

The hospitality for this small hotel is great. The waiters in the restaurant aim to please. Breakfast buffet aims to please all palates

The hotel is very good and located at the side of nh. Neat and clean. Amenities are good. Good car parking space. The staff are very cordial. Restaurant is average quality.

Book only if you get any discounts otherwise it is not worth their asking price. Not professional in certain aspects. Breakfast menu was also underwhelming.

Water system is not that good in the bathroom, it's like no option to shower without bath tub, not convenient for elderly people. I would rate overall 2/5

The rooms were neat and clean. The ambience was excellent as well. The only thing i felt different was that travel-led with two kids below 12 hence required additional bed. As per the norms one room accommodates 2 adults and 2 kids below 12. However hotel charged for additional bed. I had stayed in other hotel and they had not charged me under such circumstances as there is no additional persons. I think this should be clarified in the booking. However no complaints

Property is well maintained with clean and spacious rooms. Restaurant bay-leaf is just outside your hotel and try veg meals at noon, it's very good. Well connected to nearby tourist and religious attractions.

There is no closed parking area. The whole parking area is open to sky and in hot sun. The room provided is good but the kitchen exhaust fan is below or above the room which makes huge noise as and when they operate it. Very noisy inside the room.

Ordered tea (room service) yet to receive it 😂. Dinner and breakfast was included with the price and we were told that dinner doesn't have a time frame as it's unlimited and many ppl come and have so it will start at 7.30pm but no stop time so me and my family went around 8.30 to have food and were told that it's over. Then we were told that they have another restaurant where we can go and have food, no place to sit and when we got a place we were told that no food except chapati and that too we ordered 7 and got 6 because that also got over. Inshort will never visit there again

Room was nice, location and access was good, but bathrooms could improve, there was fungus and mold on shower curtain, floor grout and silicone, which is unhygienic. Towels lacked freshness. Food was good, room service was average. Over all i would give 4 stars out of 5. Driver dormitory could also improve.

Very poor service by the receptionist. They were forcing us to check out, even before 12 p. M. At 10 am, they got the baby's potty and stuff out without out consent, while we were having the breakfast. The food is good and so is the location and room, but if you are forcing people who book through the online portals into an early checkout; so that they can sell to other customers at a premium, then that's a disgraceful behaviour. If you are greedy for money, you will invariably lose the reputation and that's what matters in the long run
