Sea Breeze Beach Resort

The Sea Breeze Beach Resort is located at a prime location in Mahabalipuram where there is access to the beach which is next to the Shore temple. It has brilliant views of the temple and within the vicinity has the most space for a Sea Breeze Beach Resort including lawns, swimming pool, restaurant overlooking the beach and benches where one can sit and view the sea. All this brilliant location is underutilized by the property due to poor infrastructure. There is limited staff and room interiors and amenities are sub-standard. The Sea Breeze Beach Resort could really benefit by a face lift. I had to ask them to change the room as the room given to me previously was bad and stinking. Eventually I gave extra amount to be upgraded to a sea view room but was disappointed with the washrooms. The staff was helpful and Sarvanah was especially helping with my room change. Definitely visit the place with friends but think twice before taking your family as the interiors of the room may dissatisfy them.

Stayed for 3 nights in may '23. The place has sufficient open spaces, direct access to the beach, spacious rooms, a beach front restaurant/bar, and all tourist locations (monuments and the mahabalipuram beach) are within 1. 5 km radius. Paid extra for the breakfast and it was good. But beware of 3 issues that the management has to seriously look at 1) fogging once a week for mosquitoes. Millions out on the plants, 2) the water bottles and coffee/tea comes to your rooms at the price of the beachfront restaurant and is not reasonable at all, 3) the buildings are old and at least the washrooms require further refitting, and 4) wi-fi works only near the faraway reception area and not in the rooms.

Location is good. Food is fine. Service could be better. More sense of making customer happy is needed. This is almost absent except few staff. Room had electric kettle but to get the tea bags was very tough task. Only 1 bottle water was given. Getting more water was almost impossible. We bought water from outside. In breakfast they serve boiled egg and omlette. If you ask egg poach. You get nothing. If such small things are taken care our stay could have been excellent

With compare to other Sea Breeze Beach Resorts, the space, beach and staff are good. No disturbance but phone is missing for or order or to contact reception is missing in both the rooms.
Comparatively good but not as by the standards. No sanitisation in the toilet and in the reception. Social distancing is okay but none of them are wearing masks

Overall the stay was good. I came with friends for the concert djblack and the kite festival. About the Sea Breeze Beach Resort it was good but when i asked abt for kettle they dint bring it. I kept asking for twice. And the Sea Breeze Beach Resort doesn't have intercom. We have to call from our mobile which has network issue also.

The allotted room was aweful. And its was named superior room. I have complained in mm t but no resolution. Anyway Sea Breeze Beach Resort staffs was super helpful and they tried to resolve the issues. But could not change the room as Sea Breeze Beach Resort was full. Location is excellent and food was fine.

Our family's stay was pleasant. We stayed for one day. Checked in the evening and enjoyed the beach there. The Beachside was clean and the climate luckily was very cloudy. We can see the backside of the sea shore temple from the beach itself. Breakfast was full spread of vegetarian food and tasty

Sea breeze beach resort is a very excellent resort. The only problem i faced is the unavailability of hot water in my room, even after numerous complaints the problem not rectified. We suffered throughout our stay without hot water, the front desk just avoided the issue till the last minute.

Sea Breeze is very good place to stay with family

It's nice view of mahabalipuram beach and temple my kids enjoyed in swimming pool more over morning good break fast

It was a pleasant stay with view from the beach. Rooms were clean and maintained. However room service should definitely improve. Takes 45 mins for a cup of tea. Breakfast quality can be better

The Sea Breeze Beach Resort is located very close to beech and you can enjoy the breeze of the sea, sea view rooms are excellent and the food quality is very tasty. People are very genuine and friendly.

Very close to beach. This is the first resort next to the mahabalipuram temple. From this resort back side beach and also u can see the mahabalipuram temple view.

This Hotel situated near to Beach and good to stay. The food is tasty and all the Sea Breeze Beach Resortiers are nicely behaved

Good spacious room. Property open up to the beach. Has a good outsourced restaurant. Good view of the beach and temple in the distance. Adequate parking. Overall property looks a bit old, would benefit from some upkeep and painting. Overall value for money.

Excellent location, right on beach near shore temple. Rooms are OK. Swimming pool is good. Food is OK. Best part is location of the resort. Overall, a good value of money.
