Cheating baaj/Fraudulent customer. Booked 1 non ac room but 8 persons wanted to stay. Customer visited our property for pre wedding videography with 8 persons but didn't book enough rooms. We didn't allow to check in 8 persons other than 2 persons.

Hotel was average. Room was ok but not that mush good that we expected according to the price point. A few things were missing like dustbin, complimentary drinks, complimentary mineral water bottle. Geyser was not working. Overall i would like to say its average.
