Overpriced for a small room .Property has good ambience and nice view from the balcony , also very near to the beach . Just beware that the room size is 150 sq ft and not 300 , as they have mentioned wrong.

The stay was very good. Clean n cozy rooms. Clean toilets. Very near too beach which was very convenient for my aged mother. Breakfast by mrs. Malai had an authentic kokani taste and hospitality of malai family was very nice.

Clean rooms, locathed at 3 to 4 mins walk from beach, quiet place, instant water heaters installed in bathrooms hence hot water always available, kind and helping hosts.

Not worth for money

Room is very basic. There no cupboards even. Washroom is tooo tiny. Water speed running in bathroom is tooooooo slow. No proper parking space.
