Seashell -Haris Beach Home | Rooms & Caretaker

We Visited Seashell in Kannur in the month of May 2017 on a holiday trip along with my friend. I booked the tombed room cottage through my friend by a phone call. The Destination was good and favorable. The Seashell -Haris Beach Home | Rooms & Caretaker location was good and favorable. The location was situated 8km away from the city. The path traveled to the location was very narrow and not convenient to reach easily. There was no market and shops nearby to the location. The appearance was good enough and that looked like a home. The surrounding ambience was well maintained. The Front office staff was good and acceptable. The Rooms were clean and well kept. The Room service was average and not up to the mark. The Food was average and unacceptable. The cost of food not economical and they prepared the food after took order from us. They only cook common menu daily and did not change the varieties in food. They prepared biriyani for us and taste was not up to the mark. We reached the location through a bus. Overall it was a nice experience.

I visited for a birthday celebration over a Weekend and was taken aback at how lovely the resort staff and owner, harris, were. They are a very friendly and professional team. Our every request were accommodated for, and harris organised a birthday cake for one of our friends as a complimentary gift. Harris is absolutely great and will try to help with anything, always with an enormous grin on his face. I highly recommend you stay at this resort if you visit Kannur. It is secluded and perfectly situated at the Beach. The water is calm for swimming at high tide it's perfect. Just be careful of the rocks when there are waves and stronger winds. Breakfast was included in our package, and each dish was delicious. I will not hesitate to return here for my next Beach holiday. Do come by and check it out for yourself.

Excellent property if you are looking for some quiet time by the beach. Staff and service is very homely. Limited but tasty local menu. Before every meal, they will check with you if you are okay with the menu! we had their chicken curry, prawn fry with parotta. In breakfast, there was idli, appam with coconut milk, puttu with curry, vegetable stew: all of it very tasty and healthy! one can simply spend time by the beach or read a book overlooking the sea or can simply soak in the sea and crashing of wave sounds from your room. We literally used to wake up to the sound of waves crashing the rocky beach!

I have stayed in Seashell Harris Beach Home for 2 days for official trip, the location is amazing, and service by staff is great. Although, the Seashell -Haris Beach Home | Rooms & Caretaker is 7-8 Km away from City Centre, Mr Harris (Owner) & Mr Nandan (Manager) both of them were very cooperative and arranged for transport and my stay at Seashell -Haris Beach Home | Rooms & Caretaker was comfortable and memorable. I would like to visit this Seashell -Haris Beach Home | Rooms & Caretaker again.

The hosts were welcoming. They called to check on our food preferences and to ensure that we do not have trouble reaching. The rooms were simple but you have all the basic amenities such as clean bedsheets, water, ac, hot water in the washroom and a clean washroom. The food was really good but can have a better spread for breakfast. Location is awesome as the place is overlooking the sea and with a private access to the beach. The place is very clean and the hosts are available to guide you.

Everything was very nice. Location, people, staffs, food. Just beside the beach, excellent view of sunset. The home cooked breakfast with lots of local cuisine option is big plus point. All the staffs are always smiling. Kerala itself is very beautiful state and people from kerala are extremely helpful and courteous. I would like to visit again. On the first evening it was but loud as a ceremony was going on. Management could have managed it better. Except that it was an excellent stay.

It's at a very beautiful location. Fantastic hosts.
Could have bedside tables. There was none to place your glasses or mobiles next to the bed. A few areas need markings on the floor, so that people don't trip. WiFi connection was not great. Would have preferred authentic Kerala food. Everyone in the Seashell -Haris Beach Home | Rooms & Caretaker was very helpful. It's a beautiful place. Definitely have to go back a second time.

Location was awesome n it was well connected by Road. It was a hassle free drive Food is priced high but the quantity they serve for that price is more than sufficient. So it was ok. Delicious food and even the breakfast was good. Manager and the staff are very friendly and are always there to help you with anything you need Overall a very good experience. Would definitely love to come back
Nothing. We just enjoyed our stay

Every thing was good except food. Food was not worth of money. Good scenery better sea view but they provided less food options and as per their information for each plate it costs 300rs and was informed that there would be 8 veg dishes and one non veg dish along with roty and rice but we were provided with only four dishes.

Property is located at the coast of arabian sea. It is a small property, rooms are bit small, but neat and 3 people can accommodate easily. Staffs were very friendly and room service was good. Food is bit over priced and taste is just average. Overall it is a good property for those who want to spend some private time with family or friends with a good view to sea and access to beach.

Excellent location and calm area

Wonderful location, good service. Great relaxation resort for secluded stay. Food was good made from locally sourced items. Mr Nandan was lovely host taking good care of his guests, making the stay memorable, breakfast had limited options but taste was homely. It is close to muzhapillingad drive in beach and St Angelo s fort. There is good sit out with lovely veiw of sea

Fantastic stay by the sea. Peaceful location, good hospitality, clean rooms. The extended balcony over the beach won us over!

Amazing Seashell -Haris Beach Home | Rooms & Caretaker tucked away from the City. Had our own private Beach! Very friendly resort manager, cooperated with us a lot during our stay.

Location was amazing, but food was average and no varieties.

We had awesome time on weekend. This is such a beautiful place to spend on weekend. Food option is less but it was really tasty. I would definitely going back some time soon.

Harris sir is very nice. Stay was awesome. Location is world class. Only thing is food is very expensive and you can't share a plate as such. It's more like per person have to give. Other than that all is great. Beach, staff, food, location are too good.
