Sennetta Hotel Thiruvallur

The experience was very poor. There was no proper room service and even food delivery ,Tea delivery took soo much of time.Very poor service, We were not even provided with extra towels despite extending the room for another day and asking for towel to almost 3 people

Pretty average hotel for the price paid. It is more of a premium lodge than a hotel which is worth 5500 plus taxes. Water bottles places were without any lable on manufacture or expiration details. Should be priced way less and also it is more than an hour away from Chennai.

no respond to the calls after 9pm and we have to go down to take water... and receptionist is sleeping and no one is there to give water and i went inside restaurant to collect water bottles which are kept on tables..... food items in the buffet will br empty and when we ask they will bring very late min 20 min waited for food on buffet.. no staff in restaurant.. very poor service I had experienced... management failed.

Facilities are not as per charge now electric kettle for worm water. it was deluxe room but when i reach property it was twin sharing and i ask manager he said this is only remaining.

Kitchen was closed at 9. 30 itself, there is no security guard at entrance for valet parking and also we stayed suite room for 7 k but it not worth for 2 k room was very small and also ac was not that very effective.

Food is to good, locatoin os very good. Rent of hotel is more. Service of staff is appreciable.

The staff was very friendly and kind so helpful but its the management to be blamed. Its star hotel but when asked for an iron box, it was not there. When i ordered for coffee at 6:30 am, they told us the cafteria is yet to be opened. These are basic requirements which should be addressed. It was a big surprise. Extra bed cost is also very high.

Stay is pleasant, fully walkable location, breakfast is nice but limited varieties, and the service is satisfied, all staff are very polite and overall good.

In the room, basic details like reception no., room service no., house keeping nos, are not provided. There is television, but it does not have any channels (only free channels are provided), when called the reception, they said they will arrange for someone to visit and check, but no one turned up inspite of 3-4 reminders. Food quality was not good for the cost they charge. Room service sent food in different room, when reminded after one hour, same cold food was shared.

It was a pleasant stay in the Hotel and had nice time. The amenities were good. Thanks.

Excellent accommodation in and around be Thus area upto Tiruttani.

Room was neat, bed linen, toilet etc was tidy. Overall comfortable stay.

Quality overall is good and room need some better clean and perfect!
