familyI did launch a complaint to team makemytrip yesterday night & happen to speak to mr. Sagar from make-my trip customer care, the hotel room allotted were 105 & 106, the washroom door lock was broken, washroom drain cover was broken, washroom geyser wires were kept dangerously open, washroom window glass was missing, we were not give any kettle & confectionery tea coffee neither any water bottles were given, the fans were super noisy & ac remote couldn't be used as the batteries were worn out, the bedding was not clean, i ha e the videos of 106 as i was using that room
