Rooms were old with not that clean but owner and her maid were completely helpful and supported a lot during the journ6

The property was extremely clean and the owner were very courtiers The hygiene was also very good and the breakfast provided was tasty Highly recommend

it was a bad experience as we were not given the room which we had booked it was a bad room and the bathroom window panes were falling off.

This is a very nice home stay. Comfortable and peaceful home stay and a nice view rooms. All in all a very good home stay.

This home stay was a 5 minute walk from the darjeeling railway station, near to the big bazaar. But the home stay is on the 3rd floor, so if you have any physical issues or you have any senior citizens with you, please avoid it. As per the price it is good. If you book a mountain view room they will provide a small window. Not much recommended.

I am very disappointed. The homestay is very cosy and it's situated 3rd floor 40 to 42 stairs and mall road walking distance 10 mints. And main thing is it's totally down side to main road which is so pathetic. If you have any heart and breathing problem don't go there.

It is not a hotel. It is a home. No lifts. Very small steps. Dogs everywhere in the downside. Not accessible by vehicle. Need to move by walk for 200 m. Old building.

The owners and staff are very courteous and try their best. The place however is a little off the road with a very steep climb and to reach the room 3 floors of stairs have to be climbed which is tough for certain people like me. View is excellent from room.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever visited. They provide you the best they can .😇

The hotel was very nice ! the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was also great, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were helpful, location was bit interior but could be managed. There was bit water crisis. Room was ok

The rooms were a bit small but quite near to the mall and other key points. The behaviour of the owner and the staff was very good. Overall enjoyed. Looking forward to come again.

Budget homestay and location is very good. Room is ok. They serve tasty food. U can also bring outside food.

The pictures of the room were not matching. The room looked quite odd and the balcony was a closed one. The money was not worth it.

This is a home stay ( not a hotel) in a worse state. It is confined only in third floor of the apartment, the rest of the property belongs to different individuals. The apartment is not accessible by car, you have to get down and walk. There is no free space at all outside the room, there is no proper dining space. Rooms are very small and not at all spacious. We also found spider web-network in every corner of our room. Each corner of this place is stinky with unbearable odour. You will not at all feel homely. In the name of kitchen, there is an extremely small dirty corner. The moment we looked the state of "so called kitchen", we immediately lost our appetite. Never book this homestay. we felt that we have been completely deceived. This stay has destroyed our trip.

The room is very good and clean. The behaviour of the owner is also very friendly and warm. Only thing i face a drawback is that the home stay starts from the 3rd floor of the building, so may be others will feel a bit uneasy sometimes.

It was a thoroughly good stay in serenity home as the behaviors of the boys are very good including the owner also. Only it is a little distant from mall road. But there is a short cut too which we used.

It was a good experience but i needed to walk a little high for this homestay but it is worth it
