Hi want to bring to the notice of mmt that the serviced apartment no longer exists in the property. All contact numbers provided are fake. Need a refund for the amount paid

Home food away from home. Decent and mannered service boy.

Okay, it was not very good, but okay.

It's not a safe place to stay. At all and no value for money.

Fantastic breakfast at the hotel, though I had dinner for once, but it was delicious. The thing which I did not like about hotel is: there were some kind of noise appears for 10-15 mins, don't know was that of motor, some generator or what?

Nice location in the heart of the City

Security issue, no proper locks.

Very difficult to find the hotel during night. Not clean, room was smelling, breakfast was cold and I wan unable to chew it. They invited one person to look at the room while I was staying.

The real apartment does not look anything like the pictures. The building is old and the apartment is tiny. Plenty of seepage. The rooms are smelly and poorly maintained. There was an electrical fault which could not be fixed and we were asked to change rooms in the middle of the night. I booked for 4 nights but cancelled remaining 3 nights. Not worth the price. The pictures that have been put up are deceptive.

Very poorly maintained rooms and kitchen. Very good service & staff. There we cockroaches all around the apartment. Property is old, tank outside attached bathroom was always flowing. All the almiras were affected by termite.

The almiras were having termite. AC remote was not working.

Properties location was really good, satisfied with the stay.

Food was average and location was really good.
Very convenient in terms of location and they have a 24 hours working office which makes it very convenient.

Quality can improve by giving choices rather than fixed daily breakfast menus.

I stayed for two nights in September 2018 while I was traveling to Mumbai for work. This serviced apartments has extremely basic facilities and amenities, minimal hygiene and average food. See pictures of room. The room was mediocre, bed sheets was stained, comforter was torn, mattresses super hard, toilet seat needed replacement, towels had crossed their life term, etc. I will not recommend this to anyone unless there is no other option in this budget and proximity to Worli is a must.
