very low standard service.. food service department is too poor.. there are cockroach 🪳 in the room. very bad service.. informed the manager, but he too not serious

Pathetic service, poor hotel. You have to call the housekeeping multiple times before they come. Overall lack basic civic sense. Made me wait more than 30 mins for check in

Room was well maintained with hygiene. Morning break fast was very tasty and excellent. Overall it was a pleasant stay🤝👏

we booked twin bed room for our comfort but got single bed only our room was exchanged with some other guest

The hotel service was very bad, there was nothing in the room. Had to call for service and they were delaying all the services which made my stay worse.

location is good. The ambience is also very Good. Need to improve on staff response and maintaining facilities. We have other friends also in 2 rooms. All rooms TV was not working. Reception has not helped for anything

There is no bell boy for the luggage, you have to carry it yourself. The washroom flush was broken and the safe deposit box was also not working. They changed the room after my complaint but there is no service available from housekeeping. The food in the restaurant was tasteless, Don’t waste your time and money on this property.

1-Management is very poor … 2-It was surprising that No guard( Darban) is appointed on the main entrance/ Gate .. 3- No bell boy was there on the gate . 4- Breakfast is hardly having variety.. 5- If you order for a cup of tea, then Mr Chef says to the waiter it will take 30 minutes. 6- If you take Cereal , then you won’t get hot milk… I took the muesli in the bowl, but since couldn’t get the milk so left the bowl on the table and left it. 7- Property is good but since management is least bothered so they don’t deserve to run this so called 5 star hotel. 8- Staff is co-operative but due to the ignorance of management so it spoils the decorum of this 5 star rated hotel.. 9- You will have to handle your luggage at your own..this is major security lapse . 10- No toiletries in the bathroom until unless you request for that. Though I have visited few times and given feedback but no Improvement…

From food to location to hospitality, everything was on point. I had an excellent stay

It was a very pleasant stay at Seyfert. The rooms were spacious enough for my kid to roam around. The hotel staff was very cordial and the room service was very swift. The chef was very understanding of the food requirements for my kid and helped us with the knowledge of ingredients used.

Overall stay is good but They can improve their breakfast menu. limited options availabl and pool was not that clean

Hotel had a very nice food and the swimming pool was fun from and super clean. So enjoyed with my family

Service was not good,no water in room ,there was no bathtub,at the time of booking there were showing bath tub

Pathetic experience never recommend to anyone Best experience most of the times I faced, but this time, some manager Sachin or whatever called me, please stay over here and you will not face terrible experience which you had faced earlier, but in the same time, I booked premium category room, but they gave me superior category room or told me this is premium category room with extra charges. This is completely burst experience.
