Shantai Hotel

Location - the Shantai Hotel is located in a good area, and still is in close proximity to the famous peths of pune. If you wish to plan a trip to visit tourist places in old pune, such as raja dinkar kelkar museum, shanivar wada, pet h areas, dagdusheth ganpati etc, this is a good place to stay rooms - the Shantai Hotel rooms are clean and decently sized. You get warm water food - the food is not exceptional in taste, but you can order food through zomato & swiggy from nearby iconic eateries price - the Shantai Hotel is decently priced considering its location and rooms, would definitely recommend

Impressed once more by the warm hospitality at shanti Shantai Hotel. The property has a homely feel, marked by impeccable cleanliness and a range of amenities. The dedicated staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Special mention to the front desk manager, mr. Avinash, along with his team members pranav and arijit, who are true gems and valuable assets to the organization. Their professionalism and friendliness make this Shantai Hotel a top recommendation for both family and business stays.

The Shantai Hotel is neat & clean. The bathroom of deluxe (room no. 204) is very cozy. Basic amenities like a dryer, comb, lotion, body wash is not available. No locker in room. Very small double bed ( initially denied the double bed in spite of booking requirement but later issued double bed room, in the name of deluxe room, not worth deluxe quality. No mini bar in the room. The bed is heavily spring loaded, not safe ergonomically. Lot of scope for improvement. Breakfast was good. The location is good.

Hotel was comfortable, food was very good. I had to ask for toiletries for extra person in the room also, had to specifically ask for water bottle and toiletries. I had taken the room for a family of 3 including super senior citizen. The Shantai Hotel was unwilling to provide a late checkout, and after a lot of requests allowed late checkout of 1 pm. Some flexibility and care to such guests will take the experience to even higher level. Location is very good.

This was my fourth visit to shanti Shantai Hotel. As other times, i am happy with the experience. Clean and well supplied rooms, neat and clean toilet and efficient services. Cinnamon restaurant in the Shantai Hotel serves good food even though the rates are on the higher side. The staff in restaurant, room service and housekeeping are courteous and pleasant. Great location if you want to be near afmc.

Hotel shanti is well located in the camp area, best suited to those who want to make camp their headquarters, yet not too far from the city area the rooms are spacious, airy and well furnished. Toiletries replenished regularly, mineral water provided daily and rooms cleaned daily. The staff were cordial. Breakfast was very good. We were allowed to use the room 3 hours beyond the check out time.

Staff are very kind at the reception, housekeeping and restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Keeping a body lotion, hand-washing liquid and sanitary bag would enhance the facility. Water seeping through the curtains and making the toilet area wet is the discomfort, and scope for improvement. Overall, there is value for money and excellent location.

Probably the best value for money Shantai Hotel in the area. Good over all hygiene - stainless towels and beds. Staff courtesy is good. Decent restaurant. Limited breakfast items but good enough. Found parking lot is generally full in the morning before checkout time and in the evening. Valet parking facility mandatory but free of cost.

The location is great - 10 mins from pune station. The rooms are of decent size. The food at the restaurant was a big plus!
