Fine for low budget. The staff behavior was amicable and helpful, though they made a little fuss over our id cards. The room we were given was spacious, though not very clean. No food service you have to eat out in a restaurant nearby. The check-in and check-out time is an issue, like most other Shivangi Guest Houses. (arriving just 2 hours ago would entail full day's charge. ) for this reason I had to book in another Shivangi Guest House, although we wanted to stay in this Shivangi Guest House again.
The room was not very clean. Ventilation was poor.

I was offered cold drinks free of cost when I checked in this Shivangi Guest House. The staff of this Shivangi Guest House are very good. Rooms are quite comfortable. Wifi was also very fast which is not found in many other Shivangi Guest Houses. I will stay again in this Shivangi Guest House next time I visit Bhubaneswar.

Very conveniently located near kiit. My non AC deluxe room was clean and spacious. Hot water was provided separately before bathing because of the absence of a geyser. Overall service was good and staffs were decent. Had a good stay.

Overall it's a best in such a low budget.
It's very nice and room is cheap and room service is also good. They are very much helping nature. They arranged cab and everything timely. And service is excellent.

Location is inside locality from Patia chowk. You have to walk 5 minutes from KIIT Road. But the ambiance is peaceful. The rooms were small in size, but clean. In such a low budget what can you expect more.
