Room Feedback: Cleanliness was very poor. The room was not maintained well and did not meet basic hygiene standards.

It's was a horrible exp. The room where not up to the mark and very untidi. Hot water not available

The room is okay but the bathroom is the worst, the toilet seems dirty and lock has little issues other than that everything is average.

The fan was not working. The bed was so dirty. The bed sheet was not even washed. They didn't provide towels. The chair was dirty.

There is no privacy in there. Also room is not cleaned very well. My main concern is the window is facing directly to the bed and there is a mirror facing aside in the window that any one from the outside can see through the mirror inside. If privacy is the main concern don't go there

There were cockroaches. And the toilet seat was broken.

No ventilation in rooms no food service no parking outside decent rates good room service as per norms u get food elsewhere

Place is not maintained well, hygiene is not good. Hot water is not coming in our bathroom. No curtains in bedrooms.

Drinking water limited only 1 litre per day. Plates and glasses are not available. Wifi is not working properly need to improve

Guest r not allowed in 2023 only for meet. Provided damage bedsheets and blanket. Staff behavior also rude

They are not maintaining the room cleaned and insects are roaming in the room. This is worst room i have stayed ever.

Service boy is also so rude. He started fumbling with me and my family at 11.30 pm. They took amount of AC even if it's in under maintenance. Dont book as hotel is not responsible for any issues. This is very low quality service and room. Even room don't have zero bulb, hanger. Space is too small. Not enough for 2 people but they offered for 3 people I suggest don't even think to book this

This stay was too much horrible for me, most of the time power is not there. Receptionist is very rude in behaviour. Never prefer this for anyone from my end.

You will get nothing but disappointment. The tap water was not working, geyser was oozing, no hot water. Wi-fi doesn’t reaching to 2nd floor. I asked the manager to fix them but he didn’t. Terrible experience for two days.

Rooms are too small. No basic facilities like tea, coffee maker, no dental kit. Newspapers on the walls to cover sunlight. Lift is too small. Will not fit more than one person and with luggage it is very small.
