Shree Ganga SMB Hotel & Resorts Pvt. Ltd

I stayed with my father we were visiting mahakaal temple. My father had a sprain in his back and when we reached the Shree Ganga SMB Hotel & Resorts Pvt. Ltd he was barely able to stand up. Hotel had a wheelchair which was very helpful to take him tot he room. The room was very clean. Front desk staff was very courteous and cooperative. There is a good running restaurant at site. Though it is 4 km from mahakaal temple, they arranged for a auto at night for bhasm aarti. I am happy i didn't need to stay at a dharamshala type Shree Ganga SMB Hotel & Resorts Pvt. Ltd near the temple. For breakfast t eh Shree Ganga SMB Hotel & Resorts Pvt. Ltd served good local stuff like poha, kachori, etc. Very good stay overall.

Grading on scale of 10. Location 9. Check in check out 9. Room size infrastructure cleanliness linen etc 10. In house restaurant excellent 10. At reception always smiling humble vinayji and his colleague are best in guiding you in every respect for tours and taxi. They are an asset to the organisation. Will definitely stay at this place in next visit. Our 4 bed room was huge and pleasant. Thanks

Excellent property within city limits. Aesthetically designed. Hygienic rooms with all amenities. Exactly same as shared on the Shree Ganga SMB Hotel & Resorts Pvt. Ltd website. Cooperative staff. Restaurant serves tasty food. Additional advantage is presence of a good sweet shop in the Shree Ganga SMB Hotel & Resorts Pvt. Ltd itself.

Rooms are too good-ad also very close to ujjain station. But the restaurant they running are hotrible first you have to wait 30 minutes to sit out an after that u have to wait atlas t another 30 minutes to serve. Food quality also very poor. I stay their for 3 nights with family. Their housekeeping staff is too quick and supportive.

Hotel is clean and cosy but few minor problem with shower whose temperature was high and not able to control, its flush where pressure was less. And service phone was not working. It could be specific to my room. But overall ambiance and cleanliness was really good.

It was a very pleasant stay. Room sevice, amenities all good. Hotel staff were very co-operative. Even the location was quiet e good and nearby to the station and all major temples that are the main purpose of visiting ujjain. Hotel food was also quiet good.

Good location, ample parking, attached very good restaurant, spacious and well arranged neat and clean rooms at affordable prices.

The property was very clean and hygiene. Staff was very good and i like the door bell very much and more over ground floor restaurant was superb and taste. I love the stay and next time also i will be staying in the same property.
