1. Check-in: Actual check-in was provided only at 9.00 am as against the website time of 8.00 am. Temporary room was provided but was below par on everything. Because of late check-in, we missed our Gwal Darshan. 2. Room hygiene: The room was only suitable for an overnight stay. An old Dabba TV was there, which was also not working. Don't even expect any complementary or obvious items like towels/toilet soaps or other toiletries. 3. Staff: Zero-rating here. There is no lift in the hotel and our room was on the second floor. We were asked to carry all our luggage ourselves only, both during check-in as well as checkout. Also, wet bed linens were not changed despite repeated requests. 4. Location: Location is around 15 minutes walk to the temple. Also, no rickshaws are available to ferry to the main bus stand at Nathdwara.

Our hotel is near to Nathdwara temple... Market is also near to hotel... Very good hotel... Comfortable room... Hot water is also available in room.. Bed condition is very good.. Nice experience with this hotel.
