It is a very well located budget friendly stay. This is not a hotel or motel but a family home. The owner's residence is on the ground floor. The owner's behaviour is very very nice and helpful.

You booked a room but you did not stay in the room. It was a non-refundable booking and You were looking for a refund and it's not coming, so you're giving it 1 star.☺️

The stay was horrible, no higen at all, no hot water in the room, toilet was like a public toilet, no cleaning for two days. Worst part some of the drunk people were fighting outside the door in the midnight which was the most scary part if u are with your family.

The thing is that when the cleaning time is in the morning, you locked the room and went out and talking about drunk people, There is no such person in our mohalla
