I went to the place and they don’t have the same room and they told us not to cancel the booking and they refunded only 1105 rs and we did not get the room too. I can’t because i did not stay

First of all, it is very difficult to find this address. No charging point is working. No guyser for hot water. But after calling many times, we get heating rod. That also did not work because plug was not working in the bathroom also. We visited dc 23
