Very comfortable stay. Very good service by all staff of hotel. Breakfast very goo with variety and tase.

Limited option for food

Nice hospitality. Good service. Delicious food. I wish to go again there.

All n all it was good stay. Felt it was a little short staffed though.

The place is very far from anywhere except if you are going tobamity university or nims. Mr. Joshi was helpful at the reception and upgraded us to a bigger room which was a kind gesture. We were running late from the city on our 1st night and he helped us to take the food order even though their restaurant was closed. Breakfast was normal with home cooked sort of food. Nothing fancy but meets the basic needs. Short and pleasant stay overall. Not advised if you are looking for a bustling location or a fancy property. Rooms were clean, but rustic and the furniture was basic with a decent comfortable bed and air-con.

Shubham resort is not a worthy place and swimming pool and gym area is not maintained properly

What a sad experience! Please don't make the reservations unless you are very sure which room in which building they are giving you. We booked a deluxe room online through MakeMyTrip. When we reached the resort, I was escorted to the admin room I guess), surely it was not reception because it was situated outside the hotel building. Inside the compound, there is a small temple. To my surprise they have given me a room which seems like a part of temple building. Till that point of time I was not sure that they are isolating me and my family from the main building. After freshen up, I decided to roam around. Then I saw the main hotel building which is 50-60 meters away from my room. I decided to go inside the building with my kid and wife. Surprisingly a guard came to me and said you are not allowed to go near the entry of the building. I was shocked and asked why not. He said, your room is not in that building that's why. I immediately returned to my room and dialed the reception. The reception guy has forwarded my call to some manager and that manager replied that since half of the property is managed by ICICI bank that's why guard has objected your movement. I said, excuse me I am your guest here and I am free to roam around the resort, right. He said, yes you can but please make sure our other guests are not disturbed. After getting this reply, I decided to write this review. I said sorry to my wife for getting this kind of experience. Bottom line was that we stayed in a small room which was part of a small temple and above that there was a party going on in a lawn which is next to my room. Imagine I am in a resort for peace of mind and I am getting disturbed by the loud music of a party which is happening in just few meters away from my room. I would advise everyone to please be double sure which room they are giving you and in which building. Kindly verify the properties before selling it. Waste of money and my time. A very bad experience for my family. Never gone stay in that so called resort in future.

Very bad behavior from the manager. At the time of booking it showed that we have pool service but they didn't allow us to use the swimming pool and some other trainees were using the pool at the same time. The manager does not have any manners. No room service, nothing, worst service one could receive in a resort.
