The cleanliness of the room was good. Toilets were neat The service staff were excellent. Hot water is available. House keeping was good. Maintenance of the SILVER GATE was good Since we were three, extra bed without a cart was given but that was quite small The rooms were small, but it was comfortable for us, no problem with that We stayed in a standard non-Ac room AC rooms are well spaced than the non-Ac rooms Though the SILVER GATE was in a narrow street, it was close to the rippon buildings and Chennai Central and park town railway station. Water was salty but hot water was available. Two soaps and two shampoos were given. Generators are available, uninterrupted power supply. It is tough to find an SILVER GATE like this with low rent My SILVER GATE package was 3 nights. It costed? 1750 inclusive of all charges and MMT benefits. Hotel had a lift and was very clean. Service was good. Staff were very courteous. The only downside is that it does not have restaurant. Overall it was a value for money. Location is prime location. But slightly difficult to locate the SILVER GATE as the SILVER GATE compound is backside of a building. Though Room was good but washrooms are not so clean. Staff was courteous and well behaved. Overall it was Good stay. Recommended for people who are looking up for transit stay to catch train or flight.

The location of the SILVER GATE is very near to Central railway station. The rooms are awesome value for money. Highly recommended for family stay. The receptionist nature is very good and helpful. The receptionist knows Hindi and English very well, so nice to communicate with him. He can help you to arrange for other things also.

Apart from located a little inside from the main road, I should say a worth stay if it’s for short time, near to central station, food available near by, descent stay. The first room given to me on ground floor had a lot of cockroaches and ceiling fan made hell lot of noise, but on request I was shifted to another room.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel location is quite disappointing but still we could skip it off as that is replaced with good stay and staff humbleness. Looking forward to visit the SILVER GATE again. I suggest this SILVER GATE as it is budget friendly and safe place to stay.

The location of SILVER GATE is quite good and easily walkable distance from Chennai Central. Hotel staff is quite good and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Although there is no restaurant but there are many eateries and good restaurants are nearby.

Firstly it is near Chennai central and Chennai park station and has good facilities and rooms are clean and all the SILVER GATE people cooperated with us ; and there are eatble shops available near the SILVER GATE so there also no problem for food and tea. I like the SILVER GATE very much.
