Finding its location is a bit tricky. No food services. Very nice interiors with wooden furniture and doors.

It was a very short stay so can't say much but the place was clean and well kept. Staff was help and polite.

Location and amenities were fine. Hotels at walkable distance. Good to stay as a family with entire floor occupied.

Stay was really terrible, rooms were smelling bad, everywhere seepage, staff not cooperative, zero facility, no hot water, bed and bedsheets smells bad, bathroom not clean and so on. Strongly suggest remove from your list.

very nice room and friendly Manager! really near from aluva bus stand and railway station. we had the chance to be there for a celebration of the nearby churches, the people from the neighborhood are really nice and welcoming 🙂

The service apartment was located on the main road and is easy to locate. We found the attendant super helpful and he assisted us in almost every aspect (from arranging an auto at odd hour to getting food delivered. The flat as neat, clean and well maintained. It had a working high speed wifi and a big screen tv with all channels subscribed. The beds and the upholstery was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stacked and we were able to do basic activities like preparing tea/coffee and reheating food. There was power backup for the house and no problems were encountered on that front. One important thing to note is the parking area (which is limited) so it is a better idea to call and check beforehand for the availability of the same. The airtel network is weak inside the premises so its better to take mobile calls outside the flat (or use data calling with wifi.
