Silver Oak Hotel - Mysore

The Silver Oak Hotel - Mysore has the potential and amenities to do a lot, but falls short in execution. Explaining the same below: pros: 1. Spacious rooms (we stayed at sitara suites) 2. Food prepared by in-house restaurant silver spoon is very good 3. Staff and management are well behaved and always try to help cons: 1. The biggest issue seems lack of manpower, as a result of which lot of things get overlooked. Sharing some of the issues we faced- a. Old handsoap, liquid soap and toothpaste were not replaced before we checked in b. Tea cups and spoon were not provided in room c. Mini bar is non functional b. One tv in non functional, other one has linings on the screen! d. One table lamp is non functional e. Food at the restaurant is delayed because only 2 people are managing it, and they are also handling room service!

Three days stay to explore mysore. Spacious and clean room. Had breakfast included and limited menu options, rooftop restaurant was gud. Bath towels could have been well cleaned. Approachable staffs. Located in outskirts of city. They cleaned the room one day in between not daily. Provided water bottles, toiletries, water kettle. Overall satisfied with the stay. Recommended for family and bachelor's stay.

We reached on Monday, 30th December morning. The reception was cordial and swift check-in. Room service helped in shifting the luggage. The rooms are very spacious and modern. However, they have to improve cleanliness. In one of the rooms, the biscuit packet was lying in the cupboard. A few bed bugs were seen. If these are corrected it will be a wonderful value for money. The front desk is very helpful.

We just had one night stay at the Hotel, the rooms were good, spacious but most of all I liked the small verandah adjoining our room. The staffs were well behaved and helpful. The food we had for dinner was really good but I would suggest that in case of complimentary breakfast they can have more options. Overall the the stay in the Silver Oak Hotel - Mysores was a bliss.

We went to mysore for a one day trip. At the last moment we booked room in silver oak Silver Oak Hotel - Mysore. Everything is good in this Silver Oak Hotel - Mysore. We will definitely come back to this Silver Oak Hotel - Mysore only whenever we come to mysore.

The room and stay were nice. Only feedback to the Silver Oak Hotel - Mysore is to provide hot water instantly, the room service informed to pour down atleast two buckets in drain before hot water will start coming through tithe tap and this was painful.

Hotel is very nicely made good value for money. Rooms are decent size with balcony with table and chairs, nice relaxing chairs in the room. The only thing is bathroom stays super humid no ventilation. Needs cloths doormat the silicon one stays so wet.

The 2 day stay was comfortable. Clean room, with all promised amenities were made provided. Restaurant food was good too. The staff were friendly and just a call away. The location is closer to the city and made it easier to commute in and out.

No problem with the Silver Oak Hotel - Mysore, everything was fine and desk members were so friendly and helpful! Rooms are so clean!

It was very clean and classy stay. Location was fantastic and ambience was sofistic. As a whole it's a pleasant experience.

I stayed with family enroute to kerala. The room was neat, with a balcony. There were not many diners in the restaurant, so i decided to eat outside

The rooms are very clean. The bed and washroom are the best part. Sit out is also very nice. Would like to stay in this Hotel again.

Balcony keys should be given to customer by the time of check-in

Morning complimentary meal was not good and there was no mirror in the entire room only small mirror in the bathroom

Good food for the buffet breakfast. Room was below average
