The hotel staff is cordial but the facilities and amenities are all in tatters . Further the food is not upto the mark . The quality of food though is good but as per the price per plate the quality standards nor the taste nor the taste is upto the mark .

Location is good if you are traveling on NH .. and wanted to have night stay. Not well maintained.. very few staff but most of them are very supportive... breakfast is good. It is mostly used for wedding purposes.

This is a large property and spacious in every way. It is good in every way. It is a little away from the city. Since we had a car this was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay here. Even the food was good.

The hotel is good but a little over priced considering the tiny reception, no vallet parking or welcome gesture on arrivals. Wifi speed is also poor. Staffs are good, food is good, room furnitures like the only sitting chair had broken handles.

Staff and receptionist are very courteous and helpful. They respond very early i stayed one night only. I felt really homely at there. Menu at buffet t breakfast should have some more items, i think.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was very delicious. Just one problem - the room did not have any view at all. It was restricted by an additional board kept in front of the window.

businessBest stay option in burdwan ! i visit on work primarily, the property is nice, well spread out, just if your room faces the highway you get exposed to the highway traffic and noise. Rooms are good and the beds are firm and nice. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Food, i will rate as ordinary, considering the high price. Breakfast is decent ! overall, a good comfortable stay.

businessWe stayed in sinclairs burdwan for one night on our way back to kolkata. The property was beautiful and spacious. The staff were very friendly. The room was big and we had nothing to complain about. The food can improve all i can say. Ask for a room on the backside of the hotel as the front side faces the highway and extremely noisy.

Great location, large rooms

The hotel is perfectly located, right on the highway. The rooms are especially spacious, even the bathrooms. The food and service are good too. Even though the hotel is pricey, it is quite a reliable stay option. One major plus is that the sleep quality is incredible on their beds.
