unclean rooms filled with ants no ac present they will charge extra for it

This is my second stay at this property, and I am consistently impressed. The room and facilities are excellent, and the location is conveniently close to Technopark. The accommodations are well-maintained, including a clean bathroom, a functional cupboard, a television, and reliable Wi-Fi.

Property location is very convenient, there is nearby restaurants, busstops, hospitals and this is in a prime location

It was awesome! I got way more than I thought I would. Everything was exactly as described – the pics were accurate, the room and bathroom were spotless, the TV and wifi worked perfectly, and everything else was great.

I went to another property both properties was the same owner the room was superb but I guess it is still getting developed the bathroom was not that good

Single rooms at nila stay is ideal for people having visits near to kazhakuttam & menamkulam. Inside kazhakuttam market, bus stop, near to aj hospital etc. Small, but clean room. There is no caretaker on premise but have an indigenous way to provide service! value for money, don't expect any fancy stuff

The facility was not as expected, no parking space, etc. But conveyed the problem with the owner and owner solved the issue and arranged another stay.

Excellent stay. Nice and clean rooms. Very accessible area as well. Will prefer the hotel for the coming visits to trivandrum

Room was neat and clean. The owner employee was very cooperative and a nice person. No food facilities at all. One can reach out to a nearby restaurant.

Average stay, amount wise its good. No parking space well clean mosquitoes have high staff attitude was good

If you are planning for just a visit to technopark or nearby it's a good option it's very hard to find the place have to call multiple times. Only problem i faced is mosquitos spoiled my sleep. Average experience but budget friendly.
