Pros : I) The rooms are clean with basic amenities like hot water, towel and bedsheet. Ii) Location is good as it is situated in Othavadai street where you can find more foreigners. Iii) Walkable distance to beach and sightseeing places are very nearby. Iv) Non-veg lovers can go to Chettinad Siva Guest House which is nearby to the Siva Guest House. Cons : I) They wont provide water, basic face wash kit. So be prepared.

Near to bus stand means 700mts. Very near to beach. Only two minutes walk. Sea shore temple is five minitswalk. Arjunas penance is 4minitswalk. Five rathas also we can go by walk. Auto drivers will demand 400 rupees. No need of auto. All places are very nearer. Guest house is good and value for money. Shiva is very car dial. In summer don't take room in second floor.

I have booked this Siva Guest House on the day of travel. Their rooms got full, so they provided me accommodation in another Siva Guest House of their franchise- Siva Residency which is just before the entrance to Mahabalipuram. Good value for money Siva Guest House. Good for last minute booking.

Simple but clean and perfect accommodation for a few days in Mahabalipuram and enjoy this wonderful place. The manager, Kumar, very attentive and always willing to help. If you are looking for accommodation here, this is your place. Good value for money! Recommended!

I really enjoyed staying there. No disturbance from anybody, cool and calm Siva Guest House staff, very nice site location to stay, mainly top most rooms. I really had a good stay there, I am looking forward to stay there whenever, I visit this place again.

I liked to stay at Siva Guest House. The staff was quick to respond to any queries. At night there were a few mosquitoes, a net would improve the experience. Cosy to sit outside the room and enjoy the breeze, the greenery and life in the street. Enjoy.

Hotel has good rooms and they are also. Location is near beach maximum five minutes from Siva Guest House and no problem with water or power in the Siva Guest House. Families can stay in the Siva Guest House without any problem. I liked the Hotel.

Near to beach. Room was clean and nice. Food was great. Services are good. Staying in that Siva Guest House is economic worth for money. Lot of restaurants and shops situated near the Siva Guest House. Overall good and fine.

The room was neat and clean. To put in short, a comfortable stay. Right in front of Jo's Cafe is an added advantage.

Very centrally located, room was just enough for a double bed and little space to walk around. Overall neat and well maintained, great location with shops and eateries all walkable. Value for money !!!

Location was superb. Its near to beach ... 100m from Bob Marley cafe, fisherman's cove etc. Shore temple is also within walkable distance. Room is very good for the given price. Staff was also very nice ...

Hotel location is good only thing is to appoint a fine receptionist overall a good budget Siva Guest House nice to stay no more disturbance.

Room was good and staff were friendly. They can have power back up. At least for the fans to run ... All imp places are nearby the room for sightseeing. Overall its a Peaceful environment and a nice place to take shelter!
