Staying there is good but food quality is not good. In dinner time after serving 4 chapati,I asked for 1 more they told me it will be chargeable. They did not serv fresh food in breakfast. Overall only staying there is a good but for food it's not good.

stay was good but some concentration work going whole night in property at least they should stop when the guest is sleeping 😴

Location: excellent Facility: Compromised Food: breakfast is very limited. Dinner has good options

Nice hotel in a quiet location out of town. Good for long stays as it has its own cooking arrangements for both breakfast and Lunch/Dinner at affordable prices.

The room cleaning was not done. I stayed for 3 nights not a single day room cleaning was done. This seemed very unhygienic

Rooms are okay, small but value for money. Location is near to airport. The reception staff is too unhelpful and says no for almost everything. Doesn't even provide mineral water after 10 pm; simple things like a soap bar are chargeable

Just ok. Small room, very very minimum furnishing, improper working of ac, very very limited option on complimentary breakfast and dinner. Just a clean room

Worst of worst, congested room, no amenities, very high fooding rates. No worth at all. You can find good hospitality but room's are world worst.

The staff are not professional, they don't even know how to process check out, because of them i got late for my meeting.

It's a well managed, neat and clean property situated at walking distance to city centre, newtown. Specially, fares are value for money. I would recommend it highly for business travel.

I would rate the stay as average as the cleanliness was in question all the time of my stay. The bedsheet seemed little smelly and moist. There were worms in the washroom. And, when i thought of ordering food for myself, i found the intercom wasn’t working. I went to restaurant and found the glasses to be dirty. I would never recommend anyone to stay in smart connect

Everything was good, as i solo travel most of the time, i had always wanted a room with single occupancy and i got it here, the receptionist was really good n gave me an early check in at 11 am and late check out at 12 pm. The room was clean and had cozy vibes, i really enjoyed the stay. . I really liked the behaviour of the workers, everything was on point including the room which was cozy, comfortable and clean.
