Sonamarg hotel and restaurant was terrible. Make my trip should not listed this hotel. Room was dirty. Wash basin was chocked. Bathroom tiles was broken. Bed sheets was so dirty. Not a single thing was good their. Total spoiler of trip.

Sorry for inconvenience Bathroom tiles aren’t broken. It occurs due to minus temperature during winters. It is very unfortunate that you didn’t told the manager about untidiness. He would had done things. Once again sorry for inconvenience. It will not happen next time.

Not a single towel given to us not a single glass supplied to us for drinking water door was locked from outside not getting morning tea from outside no hot water, drinking water in the room. Being senior citizens we faced huge difficulties

The location was good. The staff of the hotel was cooperative. The only thing was that the room service was not there and there was no telephone in the rooms, no wifi was there.

it is not a big hotel but the staff will make your stay comfortable will guide you about places near by and if asked will even try to get best deals to go for sightseeing. we went as family for amarnath ji yatra and booked 3 rooms for 3 days the hotel staff attended each members need when asked. very much recommended hotel

Very bad experience

There were stair in d room which were very inconviniant & annoying. Veey small room & bad. Complimentry breakfast is very bad & not choice. Manager behaviour is very very rude.
